The single largest issue IMO with this contract is that the base salary is among the absolute lowest for a contract. Personally know several very tenured reps who were in the 110-120k range when they became a victim of downsizing.
Hence “take whatever you can get” even if means a 30-35k pay cut.
Feels like they sold the experienced reps a bag of goods when they were most vulnerable.
But, it’s better than the unemployment line.
The prior post explained it best. For most tenured reps , this contract should be a layover, not the final destination.

To the above. I’m so sorry you have to go through this. This is not the way to treat people.
What is wrong with the world these days? You need to find a company that respects you and values you. Who’s running this shit show? Someone needs to be held accountable and it’s not the reps. Godspeed.

I agree. What a horrible and sad experience this has been. Reps are so mistreated by upper management. It's cruel. Syneos is disgusting and I hope everyone finds a company that shows kindness.
