Hybrid sales force

Heard some more management is gone but now they’re too embarrassed to even announce it
I think this speaker program “initiative” is to throw sand in our eyes hoping we won’t notice this sinking ship

I am so happy I left to take a big raise. The drug had potential.

if you can make a launch go this catastrophically bad, yikes, just yikes.

CC if you read this, you made a leader as solid as BS resign, as well as a number of other managers.

you don’t deserve your job.

Laughable. The last investor call said 20% of commercial lives covered... What a joke! They told sales it was 40% (or 45% depending on who you talked to) back in like November. No wonder writers fell off a cliff. It's too expensive and they were lied to about coverage. Makes sense now why T was telling the sales force to stop talking about coverage. They still will not give sales any details on payers!

This is not a sales force problem. It's a poorly run company that only cares about Wall Street.

Only a high level manager at Amplity would defend Amplity. The rest of us know all too well how badly YOU screwed this up. Worst mgmt I’ve ever experienced, by far.

News flash... Amplity, for the most part, just provides the contracted sales staff and HR support. I'm flattered you think I was a high level manager for Amplity. I'm just a peon that was contracted to the Scynexis sales force.

The mismanagement of this company is coming from Scynexis. They drive the payer coverage. They drive the field messaging. They decide the sales goals. They chose the shittiest and cheapest possible tools to deploy for sales. They limited the data sales had access to. Worse than not giving us proper tools and data, they lied to us about payer coverage!!! We lied to providers! You have to spend more money than you can possibly bring in to hit sales goals! If you didn't have a KOL in your backyard, you were screwed and set up to never hit the unrealistic goals. None of this is okay.

Please explain exactly how this shit show is the fault of Amplity?

Not that I'm in the least bit a fan of Amplity either. They did nothing to help make things right. So, from that perspective, they too are at fault. I would never recommend taking a contract position through Amplity.

It’s the fault of both companies.

when I was a rep there, I arranged several high level meetings at major hospital systems that never see anyone.

I was told by one side to move forward, on the other side to not proceed.

it’s a terrible environment for clear communication.

My manager, and my manager’s manager quit in protest.

Both Amplity and Scynexis have managed this terribly, because the people that agreed to the contract were muscled out by CC.

I see openings posted for this. How is the product doing?
The product is great but sales are moving slower than Scynexis expected. Poor managed care coverage and high copay. Also, horrible, intimidating management, hence the massive turnover. Financially, Scynexis will be lucky to survive to December 2022.

Because you're clearly a gigantic a**hole, Ty Evans! I'm not impressed. Quite the history, I see too. Not at all surprised. My review: NEEDS TO BE TERMINATED. Lacks an overall sense of business skills, people skills, ANALYTICS, critical thinking, emotional intelligence, professional attire (nice tracksuit), and most importantly is one of the most despised, unqualified managers in the industry. 20 years of negative reports. He's just a dead white guy. Way to go, Scynexis! You've hired a real winner. I guess you couldn't find anyone else after all the conflict you created.

Did you even do a background check on Ty Evans or ensured that he graduated high school? The reps bring more talent to the table but people like Ty Evans don't know how to effectively manage a highly qualified group of sales professionals.

Things just keep getting worse and worse. Expense reports have not been paid. Corporate credit cards are declined. This is THE MOST DYSFUNCTIONAL COMPANY I have ever worked for. Sad too because it could have been entirely different had they kept and worked with the original talent they had. Brexafemme is a scientific breakthrough of epic proportions. This product should be doing way better but I'm afraid it might be too late to save unless someone comes in to effectively analyze and address all of the underlying issues. I think that both Scynexis and Amplity need assistance but mostly Scynexis. Amplity cannot control how Scynexis chooses to run their company.

P.S. "DON'T DISCUSS MANAGED CARE WITH YOUR PROVIDERS", says Ty Evans. It's one of the most important questions asked by every provider! Who says that? Duh.
