It is a crappy product but they have a $ 5.00 copay card and Medicare coverage so that will entice some physicians.

. People who NEVER should be in another mgmt position, like Hope Batts. One of her last acts in this position was to insist upon completing a ride along with a rep who had just told her that her father passed. This is not minor stuff that could be interpreted in a more positive way.

I really hope this is a fake item. I can not believe a manager would be that soulless to say that to someone. I put some f the disgust on the rep if she caved on that request and continued working. I would have looked Hope in the eye and told her to “go fuck yourself” and left her in some office lobby somewhere. What? They’re going to hold a lame contract job over your head? Syneos is always hiring, Ashfield too. If I was a Syneos manager and I heard what they did to you and how you left them stranded in the field, I’d hire you immediately because of the respect you deserve. Fuck them!!!

Not standing up for Amplity management, but they were under a tremendous amount of pressure.

This wouldn’t be the only time someone lost a parent and was forced to work before they were ready.

They left for a reason, they have bills and families too…

I took the original comment meaning they were working together when the rep found out a family member had past. If the DM told them to continue working THAT DAY, I’d think that manager is the worst POS I’ve ever experienced and would have left them by the side of the road. There’s no excuse for being a sub-human being

If it was during a field ride, that is truly awful. No job is worth that. You simply ask the manager to either finish your routing for the day, or to catch an uber back to their car, and you send an email to senior leadership to explain the situation.
