I had a friend who works in finance, have their agency review them, Bankruptcy within a year, or C level officials looking to sell an asset.

They don’t care about their employees, especially not the contract ones.

To deny it is utterly ridiculous, They fired the COO, the president and vp of sales and marketing, 2 managers on the Amplity side along with the national sales manager decided to just resign, another Amplity manager fired, ISS gets credit for offices they don’t actually talk to.

Absolute dumpster fire.

That’s what you get when unqualified management jettison’s it’s best talent by not listening to reps and managers, and pays iss for the work the field is acutely doing.

Mid and senior level management leave, reps leave, and you terminate the wrong people.

it lead to a toxic culture. CC made a power play, it didn’t turn out well.

It’s a decent drug, could have done well if leaders listened, but instead, the stock fell by over half, and the better talent jumped ship.
 






Interviewing with NE manager. She seems very inexperienced and unprofessional and ADHD. Looks like a good opportunity though. Feedback on manager please.

I have got to get out of here! Shit show is an understatement. Everything people are saying here is true. DO NOT GO WORK FOR SCYNEXIS. I hate to leave a job without giving it at least a year but this place doesn't deserve another minute of my time.

They manage with bullying tactics. They have no idea what coaching and developing is. The goals are clearly unachievable. When reporting nearly half way through the quarter shows everyone but 1 rep is tracking at 28% or less to goal, there's a big problem. This is not a sales performance issue. This is a shitty leadership problem. And, I think it's safe to say they have set goals that mean they will never pay out bonuses because they are in financial trouble.

They bought the cheapest of the cheap everything so your tools and data are crap.

You are a number and nothing more. You have no voice. HR is so bogged down they don't reply to your concerns or complaints.

Brexafemme is a fabulous product! HCPs love to hear about it. Launch has gotten off to a slow start because of deeply ingrained habits--nothing but azole antifungals for >20 yrs. So docs need lots of reminders. Also, some feedback that MHC cov has been a neg issue when docs try to Rx, but coverage has improved--try again! On the other hand... MGMT is absolutely HORRIBLE!!! Apparently, they think running off reps who are out in the field, selling this drug, is the best way to accelerate sales. About 1/3 positions are now vacant, and the rest are looking for an opportunity to jump ship. No chance of making bonus for field reps, while inside sales reps are 200+% of goal. Sad because again... this is a great product, and eventually, the HCPs would find its place. Ty is an idiot! Heard he has a rep calling around, telling HCPs not to attend a dinner program because Ty doesn't want to spend another $1500. Did you learn that in business school, Ty?!?!
 






Unless you are desperate for a job, don't work here. Scynexis is having financial problems and this contract won't be around much longer. Most of the district managers have left and the product launched in August.

This rep, that is successful, is likely doing unethical things to get number or has a doctor friend (s) in their person life that is helping them by writing scripts.

News flash. the reason why no one is booking speaker programs in advance is because everyone is looking for another job and are not planning to be here much longer
