Commercial is a shit storm and so is Medical. Leadership is the key some of the worst leadership in the industry why do we keep all these jokers. When they got rid of Brian they should have axed the rest PH, CS, RP etc
 




If Cathy send another non specific bullshit email where she blanketly thanks us for nothing specific at all .... it's like the bitch is beyond even typing out ASH or SABCS .. does she even know these meetings are going on? Wtf does she even do? She must be attending ASH bc she wasn't even at SABCS. How people get away with doing absolutely nothing just blows my mind!
 








Come on. Wokesterism killed us years ago. We spend most internal capital on "righting" history. We have the wrong people in place with bad intentions and it's been this way since about 2020. Maybe 2019.

Can we reflect on something before the end of the year?

USMA hires expensive ZS associates to run a Hackathon. USMA makes all field employees stay an extra day and a half for this. The winning idea came up with solutions FMDH, SMP, and gMIND that we already had as solutions years before the hackathon. THESE WEREN'T NEW OPPORTUNITIES...

Will the USMA LT take accountability that the hackathon's result completely wasted everyone's time?

We lost all that consulting money and employee time for nothing and got no new solutions.

All of the wasted money over the year could have been used for a life-saving IIT that we can't fund anymore.

This is typical. Management likes to take credit for coming up with "new" solutions that have already been used. I've seen it happen on many occasions. And this is a particularly egregious way of coming up with a re-hash of what we've already done.

She writes bs emails with zero content .. thanking us for nothing specific bc she has no idea what's going on, she explain what a Principal MSL is by not saying much of anything that make any remote sense to anyone in the organization, she sits on town hall panels and says nothing anyone can actually comprehend, she sits on the FMLT surrounded by only other white leaders that do or know little to nothing about their ppl or the business, she says she sits on squad but I've heard she never actually shows up or contribute anything of value to the discussion, WHY IS SHE STILL HERE?!?!?! Why??????

If this was a leader that was a POC, that person would have been let go a LONGGGGG time ago!!!!

Half the time, she shows up at FMLT meetings, and her internet doesn't work. So people don't even know what she's saying - not that it matters because Cathy has nothing much to add. #deadweight like her dead brother.
 








Wow this thread has really gotten even worse. It’s embarrassing to not only read it but agree with it. Maybe not the nasty personal attacks but the leadership is so bad in Medical Cathy, Robert, at least 3 MED Heads maybe more see ya
