How to destroy field medical

Biggest waste of 4 days total waste of time and resources. MTL show just patting themselves on the back of a production "well done". As RS slips further and further into the abyss (not that anyone is complaining abt that). GR seems like the only competent leader on that stage. Can we get this group of leaders a stylist (esp for being in stage in from of hundreds of people), and a speech coach (bc clearly the executive presence is lack and some can barely proper English)!

You pull hundreds of hard working medical folks out of their extremely busy schedules one week before Thanksgiving and not take 10 minutes during the last 3 days to show gratitude for the tremendous accomplishment achieved by so many in this organization over the past 11 months- really??? We are in the final stretch to close out the year and you don't dedicate a single session to motivate these burnout souls to ensure we feel energized to finish the year strong and excited for what's to come? Instead you hire ZS at lame attempt to squeeze even more ideas out of these already drained employees bc the leaders at the top cant come up with anything if their lives depended on it. Instead of sitting on conference calls for hours on end, spend time with actual customers to see their painpoints, learn from patient advocacy groups to understand what the patient struggles with - sit in on working sessions of your home office folks to understand and see what these discussions look like when developing resources.

This offsite meeting (if we absolutely had to have one) should have focused on refueling and energizing USMA emoloyees instead of how can we get even more out of them -- as people are beginning to look for the exit doors with the negative gant readout, negative onc readouts, delayed approvals in heme this was not a good strategy to keep people hear and ensure they seen, heard and appreciated.

Well said.

Probably the worst Gene mtg I’ve ever been to in 10+ yrs. Horrific leadership!
Not feeling super confident about the future after that stage presence. Now I’m convinced Jaime needs to exit as well. Alexander can surely see the mess in USMA specifically the field!

you made all these good points and then lost all of your credibility when you attacked someone for their accent. Focus on the content

I dont see any referral to an issue with someone's accent mentioned in the original post, I see "proper English". While the poster can work on their own grammer a bit i would agree at a VP level it couldn't hurt, I would actually agree here getting a speech/language coach for stage presence especially if English is not their primary language. Everyone has area of development and this can only make this individual come across stronger in an auduence of this magnituide.

This must be one of her many Asian hires she's brought into the organization. DE&I doesnt just mean you hire Asians ppl sorry had to be said.

PC has an accent and she can be perfectly understood and can command a room.

IB has an accent and she was on stage during this meeting and was eloquent, had great stage presence and represented USMA very well.

So no this has nothing to do with anyone's accent.

yawn - lazy personal attack, again lol. Comparing the few minorities we had on stage. I could say the same about JF’s nipple showing white shirt, but that doesn’t add any meaningful dialogue, does it?

there are those who can command the room (marketers) and those who know their data (actual doctors). Who do you think has more credibility with HCPs?

Case in point, Rav is a medical doctor dropping meaningless knowledge and quotes.

I thought our special guest was going to be Ted Lasso!!!

With regards to JF nipples to his defense it was cold in those rooms.

See there are two types of posters on these threads people actually trying to say things to help people vs the nasty toxic a-holes that just tear people down. Go back to the hole you crawled out of. No matter how many DE&I trainings you require people to do some folks inherent racism will never be unlearned.

Shut the fuck up

Shut the fuck up

lol typical…out of constructive criticism. I bet you are one of those morons that parrot the leadership.

or you are Rav, the emperor without clothes? Seems like a typical response he’d have.

if you cared more for patients and physicians than Boris, this place would actually provide 3x more drugs at half the price - or something like that ;)
