If Rav spent more time/energy in meeting actual customers and field in the ecosystem than he does in packing people in a club and coming up with dumb acronyms (CLIC?), this place would be so different.
 












It is bad under both - JF had a sales mindset and Rav just does not get what we do in the field. There are also leaders on some teams that should not be here - just look at the rheum resp team. Pathetic how these incompetents are leading us.
 




I second all of the above! This is absolutely the worst leadership I’ve ever seen. JF needs to become a Free Man. I’m sure he’s trying to exit and no one wants him. If he shows up at interviews like he does on CMG calls he will be here forever. From there it only rolls downhill and anyone left at the FD level that actually cares and has half a brain is so discouraged by the pot of shit they have been handed that they just sit and stare into space. They are probably thinking the same thing most the MSLs are…. When will it end? Unfortunately I don’t see JF or RS going anywhere anytime soon because no one with an IQ over 50 would hire those idiots.
