Horrible company to work for...

This company sucks. reps and managers have been jumping off this sinking turd.

California is barely opened and we are on this bullshit comp plan. I don't think other reps in other states are on it since many places are opened.

Managers and Zone Directors want us to get into hospital at all costs, even when they say we are not allowed or restricted.

No wonder Applied has the most amount of reps ever kicked out of hospitals.

You have a different comp plan?

Yes, CA reps get to chose from two(crappy) comp plans. Basically gambling on which plan will earn you an extra $1,200 bucks in the year. I know someone who works there and keeps me informed of what is going on in and around home base. They also got bonuses last year because they couldn't go anywhere because of the virus with a 99.6% survival rate. Already the worst state to work in but the reps there are all trying to get out. Most reps including my contact don't have retention bonuses coming so they have no incentive to hang around till June. The ones that do are still there because they have drank the Kool Aid.

I found that last call hilarious when you could see on Chuck's face the shocked when over a quarter of the salesforce responded that they hadn't got the vax due to personal reasons. It was probably more than that with some not responding because they didn't want to go on record with that "anonymous" poll that is anything but. I wonder when Applied will try to mandate it(they legally can't) but I bet they will start to pressure us. Why else would they ask that question?

Chucks big dumb ol face. Between him, cooper, and Timmy boy, you have the IQ of one Mdt associate rep and that’s giving those idiots the benefit of the doubt. Oh and carpenter and Molly. Crack squad over there. No doubt senior but “leadership”?? Haha.

Alright boys and girls. One more day left in this quarter. Who’s got a big Clip PO for daddy? I’m starting a Voyant trial tomorrow. Hoping to secure a $110k PO tonight or tomorrow...

Applied has become the Blockbuster of med device. They just started offering DVD’s when every customer is utilizing streaming services.

It would also be akin to Blockbuster mgmt berating their employees for not renting enough dvds. You just aren't getting your customers excited enough about dvds. You really need to go out and find that dvd champion who will rent a dvd each night of the week and get all the other families in the neighborhood excited to rent dvds.

I don’t work here but used to like 13 years ago & this is a pretty good analogy!!!! Thanks for the laugh

I see copious Applied Trucks driving around RSM. They never take the tollway, only main streets. Are these trucks delivering to Hospitals, Distributor Channels, and John Wayne Airport?

Well it's because of all the Voyant evaluations our upper management has brokered. They can barely manufacture enough to satisfy the demand! I mean haven't you been cheering on the monthly calls where they tell us about all these pending BIG evals that are just about to kick off? You should be so grateful you work for a company like Applied with the leadership in place that has secured you lowly reps opportunities to sell the most revolutionary energy product the medical industry will ever be privileged to use.

The trucks are constantly running quality products to Hospitals, Distributors, and fill up half of a Fed Ex 737 at John Wayne daily. They have as many trucks running around OC and the IE to Distributors, than Amazon.
