APPLIED pull out the MOST TALENTED??

Half of these guy are half dead. O just took the job because I needed one and 3 weeks in Cali was fun.

If the AM's were doing their job Applied wouldn't need to pluck their most talented folks to go work on projects that AM's should be doing on a daily basis. You all should be VPM's and have your own Voyant and Clip projects up and running.

I know there is always truth on this board but it’s not JA, I get the sense anyone at applied over 50 is a drunk and yet it seems they are protected. There is a strong pattern for this.

not to mention micromanaging every single person multiple times a day while we are trying to convert biggest deal in country. I’ve done these before, 99% Applied is over managed and loses opportunities based on lack of developing a plan.
