Home Office Here....

LOL
Did u just call THIS a SPECIALTY POSITION?
Rude awakening coming when u get that resume out there with TR on it.
This position is viewed as a PC job at best!

99% of interviews now require sales numbers.....% to goal, rankings etc. Look at our last launches and the numbers we have for them. Good luck to ALL of us including managers when it comes time to explain our rankings!
We are all screwed!

No worries there. I'll just show them my FCRs from my manager. Oh wait, my manager never rides with me so I never receive any FCRs :-/

With the troubles Teva has had the last few years, no one should doubt any stories you have to tell them. Also, if you do not realize this, I feel sorry for you but the average manager listens to numerous stories and successes you can convey during the interview because most rarely look at your brag book. The lack of interest in the numbers is related to the fact that most experienced managers that aren't straight idiots realize most numbers, or at least some, are fabricated. These numbers are way too easy to fabricate for interviews these days. I know reps that have had huge careers getting constantly fired and virtually zero success with brag books that are great and no managers know the difference. Stop worrying about numbers, I have worked many places in pharma and have never had any interest in the brag book. I have to show the book and rarely get more than a glance. I also never custom design a brag book that I leave with a hiring manager either, although many reps do it. They don't look at them. You are wasting your money.

Lol
This coming from the person who still works at this craphole and can’t fkmd a job elsewhere.
Your post shows how out of touch you are in terms of how things are done now. In a great majority places, you don’t even GET to the managers phase of the interview without documentation of top 20% In the last 3 years.
Recruiter interview wants to know and then if you get past that round, HR interview wants to know. It is only after those two phases that you then get to the first level manager phase and then after that is usually the second level manager phase.
That’s a minimum of 4 different people and at any phase they can cut you out of the running. Tonsay you will BS your
Way through all 4 phases with 4 Diferent decision makers about your low numbers is living in fantasy land. THIS IS A SALES POSTION. THEY WANT TO SEE THAT THE CANDIDATE CAN SELL. Do you know how many people interview for just one position? And you think they will even look at someone who has been in the bottom 50% year after year vs candidates who can show they have been killing it year after year? Good luck with that. Enjoy your Uber career. They don’t care about sales numbers.
I do agree that showing great numbers doesn’t necessarily prove you were a siccess because other things play into it like MC etc. HOWEVER, this doesn’t fly with the decision makers. They are as out of touch as you are.
Heck, there are so many people out of work that they won’t even interview you if you don’t have the SPECIFIC disease state experience the job calls for. Ridiculous? Yes. But that’s just how things are done now. Yes there is an exception to every rule but those exceptions are far and few in between.
Just wait, you’ll see soon enough if you are laid off.
Lastly Teva is doing us no favors waiting so long to tell us. Have you seen how many people from other companies have been laid off in the last 2 months? They are all out there right now looking ahead of us.
Hate to be debdie downer but these are just the facts. And I haven’t even touched on how bad of a reputation working for TR within the industry selling me too drugs. No buy and bill, no biological (unless you sell Conqair).
We are screwed.

This is the absolute visual image of someone who has their head completely buried in the sand. Holy shit, I don't even know where to start. I truly hope you are smoking hot, sweetheart, because that is your only saving grace to be able to join the team at Century 21 in suburban Flint, MI or at some regional airline as a sky waitress. Holy fuck are you in for a rude awakening.

CNEs from Cinqair team had a call today with HR - entire will be laid off by end of January, official notices coming out now. CNS getting laid off too. Agree that Teva is going full-tilt generic, too costly to keep a biological team together. Peace out, bitches!

B.S.. the cne's bring more value than a rep ever will.

TEL AVIV (Reuters) - Israel's Teva Pharmaceutical Industries said on Wednesday it had reached an agreement with workers on closing its inhaler factory in Jerusalem by the end of 2019, ending weeks of labour unrest at the facility.

Closing inhaler plants is a big sign for TR!!!

High likely hood this post came from one of the overweight over the hill brain surgeons in S. Cal. This is the type of understanding they have of the current industry after listening to an overweight over the hill rocket scientist who "leads" them.
And people wonder why this region is constantly in the bottom of the nation for launches.
Oink Oink MOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOO BL BC
