This is a joke. There is no way this is true. The severance of 12 weeks plus time for years last time was one of the lowest in the industry. Other companies in the industry give 6 months as a minimum. Teva will have a big problem on their hands in the future if they try and screw over their people like this.

With this new announcement below, looks like Teva has nothing to worry about as I’m sURE this new approved product will be worth at least 30 Billion!

ok so 2 questions?
1. Will they pay out the bonus kicker “retention bonus”. I know they said sales will still get bonus but is this included? No one seems to know.
2. Thoughts on BO conf call the other week. He said he was not a fan of mirror territories. Would Severe and Core considered mirror? We are calling on the same drs they are and then some. Wondering if they combine and downsize?

Both good questions I want to know the answers to also. I also want to know when they are going to give us a date to tell us what is going on. Sitting here waiting is ridiculous.

Teva is a dead end. The management has been incompetent for years. Still are. Anyone let go from this company will find that they are much better off in a few months. This is a losing proposition for any and all people left to work here. They are going to nit pic every single thing going forward. Much better opportunities out there with companies that have a better culture, future and compensation package. The resume is out and I cannot wait to be off this sinking ship.
 






Teva has agreed to enhanced severance packages for the Israeli layoffs while announcing to us that they are cutting the severance packages for those laid off here. The improved severance packages were just announced in Israel. Anyone that still wants to do the right thing by this company deserves what they will surely get.

There are many kool aid drinking managers that are trying to brain wash their teams. They are trying not to lose people because if they don't have many people on their team, how important is their job going to be in the lay offs?
