Yeah the best place to work is 100% BS. Now they’re forcing us to come in 4 days a week while the same people pushing that WFH whenever they want, and it’s more than one day a week.
 




The Best Place to work is becoming a joke. People lie on the survey. This organization is starting to make people not really want to speak up for fear of being labeled negative instead of constructive.

They ignore the fact that we have lost 25% of the sales force in the past year and 50% since launch.

They don’t care they think that raps are nothing more than plug and play.
They keep raising goals and paying reps for putting an inordinate number of crap referrals because that’s how the get paid. An if a patient with a crap referral leaves and goes to a docs that knows how to treat and get it approved the rep is not compensated. Total crap all the way around!

Hey Roger, when you send out an email congratulating a new salesperson on the achievement in their territory, could you make sure that you've at least looked to see how long they've been in the field? The last guy was in the field three days but somehow he gets a pat on the back for the previous two months sales? It's a shame you don't know your business better. And, this isn't the first time you have done this. Pretty embarrassing.

Too funny! Yes, tons of new home office people to sit there in their chairs and over analyze data and push unrealistic sales growth goals and never get out in the field to speak with customers!
They are like an Ostrich with their head in the sand!
 












Stop having meetings that end on Fridays. You can't predict weather issues and there are a lot of people that still aren't back home with their families because of travel issues andnit ruined weeken plans. And give people a choice of activities. Thank you for bringing us to Florida and we don't even get to see the beach that's a half a mile away. Instead we get to go to stupid top golf. Did you notice 80% of people left on the first bus available? Or here is an idea, give us a free evening to be able to relax and do whatever we want. We are with you all day. We don't need to be with you all evening too.
