Oh John,,,,,, if you really want to show appreciation for your employees, you should start writing checks instead of emails. How sincere does anyone think you are after you took hundreds of thousands of dollars out of our pockets. How about some kind of bonus for those who have been here since day one. Those who left their successful jobs to come here on the promise of generational wealth. Those who work their butts off to help build the successful company just to sit back and watch their leaders selling millions of dollars in stock every opportunity they get.
 




































When will the Managed Care team or MSLs ever be held responsible for their lack of impact in territories? Sales people can only do so much with minimal coverage and none of their thought leaders being tapped into by our Medical Teams. Sales people are always the first ones to be let go if they feel the territory is underperforming. Why not any of them?
 












There is nothing more demotivating than seeing sales people being compared on their skill level Head to Head when one person has 90% coverage in their territory versus A salesperson that maybe has 20%. But what's even worse is someone like Bill is behind the wheel of our quotas and doesn't take Managed Care coverage into consideration. Why doesn't it make sense that a territory that has amazing coverage should have a lot higher quota than a territory that has minimal coverage.
 










































Shitty gift. No bonus award letter. No idea on what, if any, salary increases are. No communication on when we can expect said increases (if they exist). What is this company doing this year? Record profits and this is how you treat employees? I can’t wait to see which incompetent people get promoted to continue to do nothing. Sales are at the heart of everything we do. Don’t forget.
