The board needs to get rid of this incompetent arrogant idiot and replace him with someone who actually has enough experience to run a company this big and complex. Anyone who disagrees with this should highlight facts that his performance justifies keeping him.

HR should start by firing themselves along with all other non-essential, non-revenue-generating personnel.. the ship is sinking, so unless you're rowing, you're going over the side..
