totally agree. We wanted to like him because he wasn’t a DEI promotion hire, but a good old boy. But unfortunately or fortunately, he has proven that promoting someone based on their potential and skin color is a bad decision.
 






Where did the Geoff defenders (PR department) go? Pretty damn hard to defend him three days. The scorecard on his performance is dismal. Retired over 3 years ago. Would like to see a new CEO who can help get this stock back up. This is not the right person who can do that from everyone I keep in touch with who is still working there.

Reading between the lines --- there's a new CEO search in progress right now. Geoff blamed his President, America's Region and that made things obvious.

Of course these are just stupid rumors, Geoff has everything on the right path and Hugo is going great, supplier consolidation will yield $1billion savings and we are just days away from profitable tenders in China.

And Diabetes --- has never been better.
 






Geoff fucked the company up with that stupid COV acquisition. He broke operations and supply chain with his stupid reorg. Over-promised on risky shit in the pipeline. He is in the process of ruining the regions with his latest random act of reorg. Oh and btw… he sets the wrong guidance for the Street and then blames everyone and everything else but his own stupidity. On top of all that he is an asshole. Board better fire him before they get forced to.

Geoff still has more people to pin blame on, and then get rid of, before the board is forced to hold him responsible for the pitiful state of the company. He is the "teflon" CEO - for now.
 


















Geoff ruined the holiday party as far as I am concerned. He was embarrassing making it all about himself.

Bring back Omar! We were doing much better “Underperforming” under Omar that we are with all of these “positive changes” under Geoff.
