I'm pretty sure I didn't say shit about "me too" products... I simply stated that it is nearly impossible to sell products when they are Tier 3 or not covered AT ALL on any health insurance or Medicaid plans. Yes, I was able to get the doctor to write it but when the patient goes to the pharmacy and their script is $75+ they are going to refuse to get it and have it switched to something else, and who is to blame them?!? I would do the same thing

Isn't it funny how Cole has time to defend Wraser on Cafepharma but doesn't have time to return phone calls or e-mails? He can stand up for his company but can't stand up for the people who work for him and bust their ass to try and keep this company afloat. Instead, when things get bad he runs and hides like a fucking coward!

What's funny is Cole yells at the managers about not wanting to hear shit about insurance coverages. Insurance coverage is not an excuse. I am sorry but none of Wraser's products are superior to the competition out there that has better coverages, therefore their products are not going anywhere until their coverage improves. Does anyone coming out of their training that's never been a pharma rep, can they explain what efficacy is?

"Dude", u people are so obsessed with jumping to negative attitudes and distributing ur bad attitudes that u actually completely missing the point. The point was that nearly every drug in the market is "me too" now. Name some drugs in the mainstream marketplace that don't have multiple competitors. U jump to conclusions and as usual u completely miss the point. WraSer is never going to have a $5 bil drug, prob not even a half bil drug. It doesn't surprise me so many of u don't get it. I bet u would get it if someone was still paying u 80k to work 10-2 as a walking PI.
 












I worked for WraSer for about a year on the primary care side. I can tell you this. The job was great the first couple of months, I was grwoing my territory even though I was in a highly populated medicaid area. Then came Cetraxal. First couple of months I sold about 40 units a month and then they tappered off. April came along and my numbers decreased to about 6 a month and was let go due to lack of Cetraxal sales. I found this to be very interesting seeing that I was averaging about 40 units a month then all of a sudden I'm averaging single digits. I went to the pharmacies (Walgreens) and was given a report that showed me how many Cetraxal scripts that were filled for my previous months and they were averaging in the 30's to 40's however I was only paid for 6 or 7. I sent a copy of these reports with a certified letter to Heath and Cole back in June and here it is September and I have still not recieved any answer or a check for back commissions. Tells you exactly how this company is run.

Same shit happened to some pain reps with their #'s. This company is a joke, it really and truly is. It has to be illegal how the tamper with the #'s

This doesn't surprise me at all. I was doing great in my territory too. After no warning or anything I was called by my manager and said I was being let go. I asked the manager why and the answer I got was "I really don't know there are just eliminating your territory. Then the manager said I am guessing maybe something to do with the numbers but it doesn't make sense because swimmers season is right around the corner and I know you have commitments from your doctors to write for the coverages you have. Also I was just about ready to land a huge surgery center. When I received my last commission check it was a joke. It was nowhere near the regular commission check I had been receiving. So I know they changed my numbers. Oh well I am better off without them. I still speak to some reps that are left and they are miserable and looking for another job. They said it hasn't gotten any better and the promise of new drugs to promote has been empty. You know you won't get a response from them on your letter. They could care less about answering their lies. I wouldn't be surprised if they fold.

Amazing! Certified letter and all huh. Well if your truly legit in your post with the details which I assume you are s/b a good heads up for anyone continuing to work here or thinking about joining. It would be interesting to see more current employees run this pharmacy report to check their numbers.
 






Of course the above post is legitimate. The only thing fraudulent about this equation is WraSer leadership. I believe most people within the organization mean well, with the exception of a select few.

None of the posts on this board should come as a surprise to anyone that has had the sad misfortune of WraSer employment. The organization is a magic act with constant illusions and tricks up sleeves.

Don't beleive a word you are told. If you are considering working for this company, do eveything in your power to not be seduced. Anything appealing is a falsehood.

If you are currently employed, get out fast. They will drop you, it is only a matter of time.

If you are currently under their spell. WAKE UP! There is no money to be made, this is not a career, this is a miserable excuse for a job.

What a joke of a company! Heath and Cole you have screwed over so many people the you personally interviewed and sold them on a promise of a growing company, but what you didn't do was be up front and honest with the people you were hiring, no you just screwed as many reps over as possible with BS numbers and no commissions....I will speak here for many current and former reps in saying that if you two burn in hell, that will be too good for you.

The fact that some how you are still in business is amazing, but we all know that your demise is coming and there will be NO ONE there to wipe your tears. Heck, maybe you two made enough money to skip town, but I doubt you are that smart.

So, Heath and Cole, go fuck yourselves for what you have done to so many people. I'm sure that David in Columbia is still drinkin the company coolaid, what a joke as well!
