Here is the official reason Kate was fired! Hr was not reporting discrimination to Corporate! Really just an excuse to make KS the scape goat! I know for a fact that corporate & CEO knew because they were notified by emails & letters from employees. C'mon KS instead of strapping on a dick and balls, use the ones you have and switch sides!!!! LMAO, now that was funny, I don't care who you are, that was funny right there :)
 






When someone in Mgmt fails to report discrim issues, the company is still liable for title VII violations. I know a few of the people in Florida who have had issues, and they communicated these title vii issues to corporate HR also. Why would they fire KS, and not corporate HR? How about the LCA attorneys who have known about these issues? Why would KS be fired and not these other people? Someting doesn't add up.

any info on why she was let go? i kinda fell out of touch with her and would hate to give her a ring out of the blue to ask why she got fired....she's not in my same professional circle.

strong rumor in Florida that BCBS FL is looking to sue LCA, alleging similar practices as Aetna in the NEAST. Anyone know if their is any merrit to this? Wonder how TF will get out of this one?
 






rather odd to have a representative of LCA corporate present during legal proceedings. MB's last hearing had AC present during the event. is this the same indian everyone references?

then they brought in a heavy hitter RR...a former EEOC general counsel...as like the 4th attorney in the case. talk about switching sides...but hey, i'm sure their 300-400 dollar per billable hour sure beats the crap salary in the government.
 






Looks like the last hearing was to consider if the court should sanction LCA for destroying documents in the MB case. Perhaps someone should notify AETNA, BCBS and any others suing LCA that they should be watching the outcome of this.

As for having a lca corporate attorney at the hearing, that is odd. Who is the indian guy mentioned?
