I worked in the florida division and we were asked to lie about many issues. I believe anything having worked under BN and his crew. The fact that DaveK keeps BN, TF, KS, TN and several more of the ops people is beyond reason. I took a 50% reduction in pay to leave because of the "lack of ethics."

I think you are fibbing - there is NO company that pays less than Labcrud
 












One minority out and one added back in. BM was the first women at that level in 2 decades for LCA. This will be the first black male at this level EVER in LCA. Guess the FL male GOB club with RM, TG, TF will now add KFC to their list at least once a week. I can only imagine whats about to happen next in Fl.

I guess this is Labcrap's way of trying to make themselves look better in preperation of MB taking them to the cleaners.
 












It is clearly a way of saying "Florida isn't meeting it's numbers!" This will be the first of many changes to come for Florida. Between Florida not making it's sales numbers and all of the liability the on going lawsuits have caused.....they are FINALLY sending in the "hatchet man." He has been sent in to meet three key objectives, GROW the business, get rid of the liabilities who aren't growing the business, and minimize the legal exposure. Best of luck to the man, as the horse is so far outta the barn already!

And BCBS, I can promise you........they will NEVER do business with LCA again as long as TF is running sales. There will have to be a very specific "public apology" before BCBS ever does business with LCA FL again.

BCBS was extremely hacked when Quest dumped Health Options in the '90s and they turned to LabCorp. Quest gave them a lowball bid to get the business back in 2005 .....along with a number of stumbles from Tampa mgt. The only way LabCorp gets BCBSFL back is to buy the business. Would probably be a good move.
 












Bone head BN was "sinking our ship" and got sent to screw with Texas about 15 months back. Now, with his initial assistance our numbers are substantially down and we have become the "Titanic." They had brought in some poor women who was officially BS'D by the current group of clowns ( no changes, same old same old), and now they have brought in someone from the outside who knows nothing about lab. However, we feel as if anyone is better than BN. Lots of needed changes ahead. let's see if this new guy has the balls to make them!
 






Please start with the clown in Orlando TN, then his boss TF. Those two changes would make the right first impression! Oh- and restructure HR immediatley! They have been allowing and encouraging the poor behavior of these two idiots!

The only reason TF, TN and KS are still with Labcorp is because MB's case hasn't gone to trial yet.
Labcorp can't fire these three stooges until after MB wins her case.
If TF, TN and KS were fired now - they would tell the truth during MB's case and Labcorp would lose more millions than they are going to lose.
As soon as MB wins her case - you say goodbye to the Three Stooges - TF, TN and KS.
They will be fired so quick they won't know what hit them.
....and what other company is going to hire these three losers ?

Yes, I think BM felt like she had been stiffed. I never found her to be overly involved with operations. Maybe it was different for sales. In any case, she's now the SVP for OTS, so I think that's a fair compromise.

BN's a dead horse. With Texas going down, I think he should go back to Harvard and get his money back. His Bachelors degree has not served him well.

As for VB, he's been with Cigna, BCBS GA/CA, and Wellpoint (Wellpoint was raided by the FBI a few years ago in Tampa). I have no doubt he has the talent and drive to clean things up.

The question is: Can he sever the gangrenous areas of the Florida Division without mercy?

No trial date as of yet. Summary Judgment motions from both sides were filed just around the 21st for LCA and MB on the 23. Anyone who wants to file their our "friend of the court" brief should motion to do so. LCA is trying to sandbag her on some nonsense, I'll be filing mine here in a day or two.

Recent update on the MB case, Looks like they will be going to trial in August....not May.

LCA filed a SJ paper last Friday and MB filed a partial SJ paper last Friday. Based on the evidence, LCA should be embarrassed to keep the "three stooges" mentioned above. There are many interesting facts which shed some light on all of the on going problems that the Florida division is having. Though the papers have way too many pages to report everything, the below is very interesting..........

From February through June 2007, operational concerns with hospital accounts such as the BHD account persisted. [JF Dep. Ex. 1-9]. Also, MB, having received a number of complaints from her direct reports, raised concerns to TF regarding Defendant requiring sales representatives to travel to the Bahamas to solicit and sell Lab Corp services, without LabCorp having obtained a local business license or permits for its sales representatives. [MB Dep. p. 177-78]. Of particular concern was TF'S insistence that Defendant’s sales force fabricate the reason for their travels to the Bahamas in order to circumvent Bahamian law with respect to their business activities in the Bahamas.

Interesting indeed. The mud-slinging was expected, but LCA went a little too far to bring in JS into it. Shame on them, they just exposed their legal strategy; at least I know how far they are willing to go and how far I may need to go. Thank you LCA - it makes my case even easier.

7 Sznapstajler, who is now living with Plaintiff in a romantic relationship, asserted his own claims against LabCorp, alleging that his termination was the result of age, national origin, and religious discrimination and was also retaliatory.

page 9, notation # 9 of Plantiff MB SJ paper is more telling; This sounds very similar to BB and the concerns mentioned about KS and her "perjured testimony,"

9 In her deposition, KS denied having any knowledge of MB having complained of gender discrimination prior to her termination. In fact, according to KS, she does not recall receiving the skit memo from MB, where gender discrimination was expressly mentioned, nor could she recall discussing the discrimination complaint with TFand MB despite the fact that she was carbon copied. Conversely, both TF and MB both testified that a meeting to discuss MB gender discrimination did in fact occur, and that KS was even in attendance.
