Just came over last month from an elite company to experience biotech. While I like my direct reports , senior leadership is not impressive particularly Pres. She needs to go if Gilead is going to grow.

She and VPs are just a hot mess disaster, especially they way she has managed Onc has been an implosion of a messI wouldn’t say it’s the executives. They make some decisions that don’t seem ideal but in reality it’s the VP’s dictating the pace, pressure and culture down to their underlings of yes men.

Agree. She is bad and also cant hire leadership talent because she herself is not a leader so cant hire goofld one if dont know what good looks like. Her hires have been crap & sh it as crazy hiresIts both her & VPs.... stink

No wonder sales and stock hasnt done anything since she took over
--also she can not hire people. Most 2 recent hires are bad. Smart but not leaders of people.
