Not approachable at all, thinks its her “Empire”. No advanced degrees, just the usual
California Ivory Tower politics. Her day is coming…the Board has to respond to Gilead’s Lack of ROI/share price over the past 5 years.
Let them eat cake, you’re all expendable mentality. RUN…

She and our VP are totally morons with strategy and idiots with leading others.
Zero motivation unless you think retention bonuses motivate. Our message & strategy is horrendous .

I wouldn’t say it’s the executives. They make some decisions that don’t seem ideal but in reality it’s the VP’s dictating the pace, pressure and culture down to their underlings of yes men.
 






No way she supports the idiotic booster mandate. Everyone knows the data and science doesn’t back forcing it on employees- standing alone is NEVER a good thing, Gilead

She is aweful compared to my previous 3 company Presidents.
Stu is not much better. Arrogant beyond belief and guys like that have short success as can not motivate and lead. He is just a Joanna puppet.
 












Can you nancy’s actually name One reason for the executive distain? Are you sure whatever you claim to be bad leadership isn't coming solely from vp’s who make most of the BU decisions?

Yeah, she’s losing credibility both internally and externally on earnings calls. Uses all the buzz words without saying anything of substance. Rambling about nothings.
