Look no further than senior and executive level “leadership.” There are a sh!t load of unqualified white folks in positions they didn’t earn nor deserve is the point. Being a fellow female I had hope she would get better but her decisions & judgment just gotten worse. And dont even talk about leading and motivating others.

Hate to say but agree with other posts, she needs to go. Sadly Performance, Sales, Stock Price will never go up with her in charge.

gilead over hired in markets, out projected feet in the street sustainability and adopted the Big pharma model for share of voice. Reversing those decisions isn’t easy for anyone to make but it’s a good one to optimize revenue and impact. Wake up and look at those jobs pulled. Look at the poor performers in crowded markets. This was bound to happen and you can thank yesteryear decision making.

This year is gonna be brutal. Her handpicked choice to lead US Commercial is no seasoned pro when it comes to growing US business. European from Novartis who spent most of her career managing EU business. Expect a lot trial and error and rookie mistakes.
