When she was hired, you should have known what was coming if you know anything about her career as a VP & Pres.
She is dam good at consolidations and it is what she is known for-- getting co & division lean. Now Gilead US is as lean as it can get in every division is bare bones.
Only exception is HIV mirrored territories which still is too many. That would be only downsizing left.
Job hired for was well done and now it is time to get a leader not ax manager, to take us to the Moon!

Pretty much a one horse pony with blinders on. She did her job of downsizing.
Now its time for Dan to kick her to the curb for the next reorg co to pick up.
 






We need a DYNAMIC and ENTHUSIASTIC LEADER who INSPIRES.
One that is open minded and listens to others to collaborate, not a person who thinks knows everything and is elementary basic primary care model of calls reach freq from 2 decades ago in 2000.

Dan. We have lost all faith and trust in Gilead since this last layoff. You didn’t have the courtesy of giving us any notice. Now we are all wondering when the next one will happen. The national meeting will be a pep rally and yall will probably even say there are no more layoffs. But even as we smile, nod and agree I’m telling you what’s really on our minds. We don’t believe you. You lost our trust with Johanna on these cuts. She has to go. And never ever ever make a cut like that again. If yall need to downsize you do it the right way and take volunteers first.
 






Johanna screwed up the growth with poor decisions. To wait to expand Oncology was stupid, now the drug is known more for its side effects & poor patient compliance than efficacy and is dead a. Ss not growing.....
She is just a VP HR cut person, not true leader.

I left GILD a couple of years ago after a 8 year stint. When I got there, it was a f’ked up culture of management based on fear, stock performance and sales numbers. When I left, it was a f’ked up culture of woke racism and ass kissing. Good to see I made the right decision to leave. I wish I would’ve sold all my goddamn stock!

Just a disaster of leadership since she came over. Scott Burton shielding her flaws as a leader but when Scott left, everyone was able to see how inexperience leadership she had & does not know how to lead.
