The people who actually knew Oncology have already bolted. Now it’s just the blind leading the blind on the road to nowhere.
 






Gilead is over. Anyone who actually wants to accomplish anything has left. Stuck with losers. Should have known the second I met SN, the most worthless MSL ever, that this place is a joke. She of course was promoted. Dan O’C is a worthless buffoon (not to be confused with Dan O’ Day). Has zero contacts. Sits on his fat ass all day collecting big $$. Surrounded by lazy ass people who know they can’t make the same $$ anywhere else—where they might actually have to work.
 






Gilead isn’t over Johnny drama. It’s just not going to great heights anymore. It’s primary care at best that was once speciality talent. The managed care house is backwards with no accountability paired with second line leaders who also are inept of strategic thinking. It’s why you feel Dan isn’t doing work cuz no one’s on the button outside of metrics. Calls, appointments, programs. Punch your ticket or move to the south where I’m at and access is good. Growth has slowed for the business and for employee opportunities unless you gotta friend on top. I’ve been looking elsewhere too cuz groundhogs day isn’t rewarding both in pocket and career. All the greats have left the building so I’m gonna follow.
 






She screwed up the Filog launch (which is doing awesome under Gallopogus).
Destroyed Oncology from even getting off the ground making any market share.
Totally imploding the oral Remdesivir .
If she had a pair, she'd been canned & sued a long time ago.
 


















Congrats Dan. You now have have a bunch of females and minorities in leadership. Leading the company right down the drain. Gimme some old school white men who know how to run a drug company.
 






It's not a race or gender issue home.
It is qualification and prompting people not qualified solely based on minority status..
There are many talented females and minorities in the industry unfortunatly not the ones Dan has hired.
Joanna is the 1st that needs to go after Dan
 






Agree it is nothing to do with race but just qualifications and competencies- she has none! I hope the Board boots her & Dan at the next meeting . Stock price had sucked under these 2.

Funny that nothing is ever “about race” but unqualified white people continually are given opportunities to mismanage and run companies into the ground. How ironic their qualifications, hirings, and promotions are seldom questioned. But it’s NEVER “about race!”

It's embarrassing and pathetic Johanna doesn't even know how to pronounce Veklury. What kind of leader doesn't know how to pronounce one of the their products, especially one of the biggest money-making products?
 






Sad state of affairs Gilead is and will always be only an HIV company. As hard as they try they will never be anything else. Stay in your lane Johanna micromanage hiv calls per day and leave everything else alone.
 






As much as Dan has dropped the ball with poor decisions across the spectrum of business, his BFF Joanna makes the suggestions & advise from the field so she really needs to be the 1st to go.
