One of my favorite Dawn stories is when ‘God-forbid’ that you would have an interest in a division of Allergan other than Eyecare. You were dead to her. Even management would tell you to “be careful”. Because if you didn’t get that other position you were blackballed in Eyecare and she would make your life miserable. What a great culture right?!!


Way to cultivate and grow your employees in the direction of their career goals versus your own agenda. Now that is a true leader!!

I was on the Silver team back in 2016, and 2 years later, the Silver team was gone; just like the Purple team before us, and whatever color team before them. It's all a game to this company; they are literally toying with the salesforce without any regard for the thousands of people they are hurting.
 




Dawn doesn’t care who loses their livelihood as long as the numbers are good. We all knew the contract sales force was a huge mistake. I’m sure she did too. But she didn’t care because it increased her market share for a few short months.

You know what I think is so cute? What a massive flop Vuity has been under this leadership! I mean, totally adorbs! Coming out of the gate with so much hype and free press, not to mention all the money Abbvie/Allergan spent on that dumbass drop- talking about hundreds of scripts per week per territory and what's the nation averaging now? Around 40-60/week? What a blockbuster! So then a ton of reps and managers have to take the fall and lose their jobs because Allergan has yet another massive failure of a launch and product. Cute cute cute! But here's the thing- when products and launches don't go well over time all levels will answer for that eventually cupcake.
