Look Sam, I am sure it is hard to hear these things about your mom. However, hopefully you can be slightly impartial, by hearing just some of the stories, as to why people don't exactly like working for your mother. She didn't exactly make life fun at Allergan. Many times she made us feel we had not choice but to chose work over getting our kids from daycare on time, staying home with them when they were sick, or even taking a vacation. That is not right. At the very least we are due our vacation time.

You can not manage like that in this day and age. It's not right and it's not fair to people. Your mother needs to lead with a little more compassion and then she may actually earn peoples respect. Those of us posting were top reps at Allergan and we worked hard. It was a great company back in the day but because of the leadership it has become toxic.

Maybe one day you will understand when you have to chose between your family and job. Hopefully by that time, companies will no longer be allowed to do that. The company I work for now certainly doesn't.

Exactly. The ones who are left didn’t have a say. You can’t blame us and name call us, we didn’t have a choice. Choices were made up above. Not sure we still want to be here anyway and wish all those laid off the best of luck and we do miss you. It’s definitely not the same and won’t be, again.
