Me too! Burned 3 days plus I out about 4 hours into my business plams,key accts,early prescribers, strategy, managed care,key PA's and NP's. Basically the keys to my territory then only to be shuffled out like a vaccum salesman. That was before them taking endless notes. I had a feeling they had hidden video or are the least recorded it. Beware of this company.

Ok CB since you won't post your reviews or rankings then list the cardiologist that are actively calling you. Memory serves me and the other retread managers repeatedly said the market was PC and you didn't think cardiology was important at launch. Are you lying to your team already? Why run from scientific? Its what we're selling on! We are the lipid company and we will use our science of a new in-class agent to drive the market to reach our financial goals. I've already been told our science is extremely good and tight.

As far as asking employees not to read CP-this is a common policy to all companies. Not unique to us. But the vitriol, hatred, and misinformation is stirring the pot when it doesn't need to be. We know what we're doing. Our founder was involved in the most successful launch in the U.S. We'll do it again. If you don't believe me about companies restricting their employees on CP ask around. Its all over.

What we need is for everyone to stay focused. To not get distracted by the white noise. If you feel you can't or won't do this, you should resign ASAP so that someone else could have the opportunity to be a part of history. Please stop the negative.

This place is a joke. I have never been asked to stay off CP by any reputable pharma company in all my years in the business. What are you afraid of loser?

They were recording. I’m almost positive. They each had phones on the table and behind them 3 other phones that were “charging”. My first thought upon entering was jeez is this their iphone charging room?! And how many goddam backup phones do these people need. For those reasons I held back and could have given a lot more during the interview. It was a weird scene. Did not sit well with me. Even when they were trying to be sneaky they were still sloppy. Sloppy ass company. Their loss though. The thing is this stupid drug does have a place. There are pts that will benefit from it. No one likes injecting themselves even for the major drops. I hope they hired the right reps. My accounts are ready for them and won’t make it easy. Sorry Esperion. This is what happens when you lack decency. You get to taste your own medicine.

The next question how many scripts can you generate in a week/ month, that is an old pharma question from the 80’s. There are so many variables, but I guess everyone just threw a number out. The managers knew nothing about the competition or market, to my surprise knew nothing about Zeta. I wish them luck , but glad I did not get the position. The drug may work out but warnings will be a tough battle. Cost $10 per day is below a PCSK9 but not sure if insurance will care. The territories are small so it will be tough to generate substantial volume to support the small size, reps should be aware that they could be gone within 90 days If they don’t hit a script number . Same scenario for me . They had no interest on my qualifications, my rankings, awards. Literally the business plan, top 10 docs, early adopters were what they were interested in. This put me of my game some as the interest level was more on # of scripts, time spend time with Specialists or PC docs . Looking back I feel they already had their person for the job and that these interviews in LA,Philly, Dallas was 100% used for gathering information. I communicated this back to recruiter that this company was deceitful and not on the up and up. My instincts told me either I was being recorded or hidden video. I just remember feeling uneasy. The managers were unprofessional and looked pretty worn around the edges and even their attire was outdated. I remember thinking these guys are going to lead and interact with customers at dinner programs, lunches, conferences, displays?
I'm at peace with this as I found something two weeks later that I had been working on. This will be a small market and don't see a huge ramp up or expansion. It just won't happen in this crowded lipid market.
