Yes, my buddy got on with Esperion. He said training is being run like training for public works. Glad I didn't get on . Then unheard about price. That's not going to work !

Did you see what these burned-out managers looked like at the interviews? Pot guts, suits from the 90's, hair do's from the 80's, and nothing but fake discussions with potential employees. They already had their minds made up. It was all just a matter of getting as much local info as possible before we got the call from the travel agent.

God I can hardly wait for the clinic reviews of you Esperion reps! And when the managers come walking in! Ha!!!! What a fucking joke a company, drug, and management. Go get 'em you fine human being from the Lipid Company. One drug. No outcomes. Nice
 




The most unprofessional experience I ever went through. The manager that interviewed me was a worn out looking guy with a weak history. It was all about information. It reeked of desperstion.
 




Just-For-Men Tim in Florida looks like he dyed his hair just prior to the interviews lol. Guy is absolutely clueless on hiring...thinks cardiologists are the key to success. he’s stuck in the 90’s
 




I liked the way they herded us into the "waiting room" only for the interviewing manager to come down and get us, head back upstairs, and then sit at a table where it looked like you were being interrogated by law officers.

It felt like you were going down the gulag as you passed all the rooms with signs outside the room "interview in progress" or whatever it said. As i was being asked questions, the manager was writing down copious notes while manager #2 stared on in fake interest. "I've already hired my team so I don't feel any pressure."

Good for you. Now I know your all POS's.
 




Alright I have to admit-Im starting to feel very uneasy about this whole ordeal. Training is unlike anything I've done in the past. I guess the most disturbing thing is we had a team call last week and were told not to be reading CP-that its loaded with malcontents and inaccurate info. I actually hadn't read any CP for months but had to go back and look to see what all the hub bub was. Now Im very concerned-I'll give it a while and see how it goes but the inception doesn't feel quit right I have to say
 












Its because this is blowing up in their faces from the way they conducted interviews and their stock is tanking. After am approval and ramping up most stocks trend upwards. Not this dog. Look at the stock over the last 3 months ,1 month, and 2 weeks. It means dump the stock. The Regionals should be sitting in Ann Arbor right now getting their asses handed to them or fired for the unprofessional behavior during interviews and leading up to it. Seeking out candidates beforehand and bypassing recruiters to gather intel, inform reps they were the candidate etc. The post are going to continue until this stock is 10.00 a share where brokers are setting the short sell. Esperion won't be able to cover expenses in 6-9 months as their reserves will get eaten up fast along with reps moving on from this dumpster file. CB and TW have already lit the matches. Buckle up team, is going to get warm in here.

It was like sitting at the DMV waiting for your number to be called and then something over the hill guys came and escorted you from holding pen for the scientific interview process which was one guy taking notes on everything you said about accounts etc. Then wanted your business's plan and then told you that you were their top person only to be told 1 hour later by a third party travel agent what time your flight was. This means they already had the hire and the interviews were to gather intel. Furious I let this happen to me and will never happen again. Thank you Esperion at least for that as I learned a valuable lesson on what integrity is. I'm sure some of the people I know are realizing what they got themselves into as who knows how they will conduct themselves with compensation.

I haven’t received reimbursement yet from this lame ass company from Los Angeles. Have you? What a waste of time. Complete unprofessional “C” level company from beginning to end. Cheeseballs.

Me too! Burned 3 days plus I out about 4 hours into my business plams,key accts,early prescribers, strategy, managed care,key PA's and NP's. Basically the keys to my territory then only to be shuffled out like a vaccum salesman. That was before them taking endless notes. I had a feeling they had hidden video or are the least recorded it. Beware of this company.
