hey whats up crack-fags? I meant to ask, hows that combination approval coming along? Any insights CB?
This drug is doomed. Bad management and they hired a C team.
They talked incessantly at interviews and when they were stealing account information, top targets,PCSK9 speakers, managed care, demographics, top PCSC9 writers,early adopters lists about this marvelous combination therapy on the cutting edge. According to their legendary Regional team of castoffs,retreads,and sloppy over the hill gang this was a slam dunk with the FDA. Show us the approval! No big talking going on now with your stock evaporating as we speak. Can't wait for these regionals trying to interview in the future with as many recruiters they pissed off. Doctors already know what has happened. Take it to the bank.

Please explain your severe drop in stock value from 75.00 at approval to 28 to 30??? Where is the clamoring and all the fielding calls from cardiologists ????

Once the launch begins and the overly aggressive number of scripts does not come in fast enough; upper management will put intense pressure on the Highly Talented RM’s. They will pass the pressure on TM’s through, conference calls, e-mails, extensive ride alongs, threaten PIP and out right bullying. ( the usual play book).
You will have to pressure your friends with the RM breathing down your throat on office calls. Your friends will then dread seeing you come to their office.
Worse, they will remember when you try to come in with a different CV company.
So thankful I did not end up with Esperion. Yes, other companies are in the same boat in terms of an unforeseen future with enevitable layoffs etc. but once again I dodged a land mine.
Clearly esperion does not have any other products to rely on. These were concerns that I had in the back of my mind when interviewing. At least right now with established pharma companies, they are able to buy you more time and continue to pay you bc they have an existing pipeline. The reality is that none of these companies are able to sustain a non working sales force. Having said that, thank god Esperion was too stupid to see the value in me.

Well said . Nothing worse than having only one drug in your bag. Add on launch pressure with buffoon Regionals making fools out of themselves at lunches and Charles Charles like probing you can get the picture.
well, that wasn't the question. The question was about where the approval on the combo drug. Guess what, it was approved a few days after BA.
As for the drop in stock, it was clear that the approval was baked in and the shorts dropped it at approval. layer in the collapse of the economy and voila, here we are. Stick to selling drugs and let others handle trading.
Ok Gordon Gekco. 75 to 30 even you would say " that's just another dog with fleas". This perfectly explains the value of Esperion stock. The stock is in bad shape before the virus and Gekco would say "DUMP IT". Can you see Gecko addressing the Esperion board or the unpolished Regionals? He would say " you can't come in here dressed like that".
You're a jilted bride. Esperion used you, and you were tossed aside when they finished. So what? Your bullshit, on Cafepharma, is not going to set off a crusade to righteousness. You should be mad at yourself. You chose to become a rep, and this is how reps are treated. Become management, or get used to this type of treatment.
Currently employed at Esperion and we know will be under the gun soon enough. The training really was a joke and the break of not doing anything has been nice. Hopefully the virus buys us a few more months of inactivity to sharpen my resume up before this launch gets underway and the pressure Ann Arbor will dump on us. My regional really has no idea how this will play out and I know he won't handle the pressure well. Hoping for another 2 month vacation.
You will probably get it, infections won’t peak for about 6 weeks, and not even The fat company can send you out until there is a cleat decline in infection rate. It’s a blessing, seek greener pastures in the interim.
In 6 weeks nothing will be left of this company. This company already is on a shoestring budget and have some notes coming due soon. This won't be pretty. Our management is weak and the regionals are embarassing. To think they can navigate us thru this? Big mistake coming here. Big pharma companies can handle the temporary stoppage but Esperion is in a death spiral.
