I had interview with Tim and Will. Both have metabolic syndrome and look like they could have a stroke or heart attack at any moment lol. Two diabetics that couldn’t sell shit lol.....

Except that the fucking CEO told investors that it would be launched in specialty! Good fucking God. My 2 greasy and old looking "managers" had nothing to tell me after the interview to improve upon. In fact, I was told it was an "exceptional " interview.

Trust. I highly doubt the people here are angry that they didn’t get the gig. Its more of the sliminess of these so-called regional managers. It’s been said multiple times here, but yeah I definitely dodged a bullet. More like a land mine. A buddy of mine made it through. He’s having doubts. He had doubts since Nov. His situation is different from mine. He needs this paycheck. Heard they got cheap on him too. But he’s worried. He over promised.


Who cares if he overpromised!!! They did too!!! Let’s say he’s making 100K. That’s not a risk to the company. The risk to the company is the DMs and the upper management...lmao “over promised” um yeah so did they. AstraZeneca did that to me a guy by the name of Jason in Chicago. Wanna know how you can tell the interview is going south? They keep thanking you. They get really overly polite (a sign of timidity) “thank you for that” ever notice how people like rd’s Get up on stage and just start thanking people? Baaahahahahaha TF?! (TF means the f*ck for the CP owner who probs thinks TF is the initials of some rd)

Sooooo ya that’s how it goes they just get really overly polite: “thank you for that” and “thank you so much for taking the time to stop by” and “I want to answer all of your questions. Do you have any questions?” Lmao human behavior never changes .
 




Over the years I’ve had interviews that went well, went weird, or went sideways real fast. Everything happens for a reason. All good. Ended up becoming friends with some of those managers. But let me tell you, there is something about the way this company conducted themselves and the way they apparently instructed their managers to act and intentionally pick their brains and basically use them, that I find very disturbing. A real company doesn’t have to do that. A shady company does.

Out of weirdness, I was one of the many who was told "still in the running for sure" but had a message left on my phone telling me I wouldn't be going forward. And then he says "I hope you'd consider applying for positions at Esperion in the future."

What the fuck? Seriously? There's no fucking way I'd ever want that. Not after knowing how this company is operated. And he'll be out of a job too at that point. Fat ass old manager with no history of success
 




Here is some math to consider. They are hiring 300 reps, so add in dms, rms and various other hanger oners and the field force is at 350.

‘Now, let’s say the average cost per person is 150k per year (salary,bonus,healthcare,car,401k etc-) so the annual “nut” to support the force is about 52 million...

‘Now, assume the AWP is pegged at $ 350/mo (This is about what Zetia cost before it went Generic, they might be foolish enough to try to monkey around with a higher price but if they hope to get any managed care acceptance...) . Also, assume the net after rebates and manufacturing cost is half of AWP, or $175/mo....

To cover the “annual nut” each rep will need to generate about 1000 Rx/year.

I will gladly wager the most successful reps will be at about 100 Trx 12 months post launch.

It is going to be a slaughter.

I wonder how many months into the launch that management (and in word) will be saying holy shit did we ever overestimate the potential. It will be interesting and fun to watch, and no I did not get rejected in the hiring process, I did not apply nor would I.

and several of the so called “regional managers” were out of work before they joined Esperion.
All of these people have some understanding that this company/product is a joke.....Just a paycheck until they find a real job.
 




Facts: Most of the managers already had one person in mind back at the phone screen stage. That person was either someone they already knew from the past, a friend they owed a favor to, and in some cases a relative from what I’ve been told. More to come on that.

Tim if you are not a crooked person and don’t drop from a heart attack due to all this nonsense going on in your company and especially if you give a shit about your investors you might want to look into this. Look at how much certain people were offered within the teams. Question why certain people were offered certain amounts.

Facts: They were encouraged to give the other 2 candidates and in some instances 3 other people a sense of false hope. For tax reasons and to give those dragonfly people something to do they needed everyone to show up to the hiring events. And obviously they needed to extract as much information from the best reps to help the subpar individuals they actually planned on hiring. Word is they lied and actually brought on even more than three per territory in order to get as much info as possible

Facts: Most managers grew tired of the charade. Mentally and physically. They all started to actually look like shit if you noticed. Why? Because they had to Turn on so many people. They already knew who they wanted prior to the face to face. They didn’t want to literally see your face. And they were sick of having to do it.

The guy that interviewed me (my would be manager) literally turned into a stepford wife bitch. Went from a decent person I’d actually enjoy working for during the phone screen into a glib, blank faced weirdo, who felt the need to over-compliment me. It was so obvious. He had an ODD fakes ass affect to him.

Facts: They were told to constantly remind candidates that they were one of three blah blah blah as if that was supposed to make them feel better. The truth would have been nice. That most would be wasting their time. In fact if you were sent to the second panel of interviews it didn’t mean a thing. The whole thing was a sham.

Facts: They hired weak minded people. People who were not mentally strong. People who appeared desperate to get out of whatever situation they were in. People they already knew. If you promised X amount of scripts during the interview guess what? In case you didn’t notice they wrote it all down. It’s on your permanent record. They will throw it at your face every time. They will place you on PIP.
Apparently they also used all of those Enron numbers to prove to the investors that this was a viable company.

Facts: People eventually talk. Heard from a reliable source that they made fun of all the candidates and analyzed them and talked shit very night. That’s how dumb they are. People overheard you idiots. It’s unforgivable.
