Push them to show up every day? Unless you interviewed and were hired during Covid when everyone in HQ worked from home, why would you not be expected to go to work in your office in HQ since things have calmed down and requirements have been relaxed?

Considering Amgen gets Volvos and GSK gets explorers, I guess AZ doesn’t want people to come work here! Vehicle choice for reps is a serious consideration when deciding on a position! No one wants to do their job sitting in a shitbox all day!

reps DO pay for their cars MORON
No stupid, you pay a fee for personal use of a company owned vehicle. Your name is not on the lease nor did you purchase it through financing or cash. Therefore, you are subject to the vehicle choices provided by your employer. If you don’t like your options, take your directional-university-attending-moron-lunch-delivering-self to a dealership and purchase your own vehicle.

I don't understand the bitterness. We are in our cars 8-5, its our office on wheels. Its not merely reps complaining for obvious reasons already stated - we just don't want to hate the car we are doing our job in. And a simple consideration to simply feel safe. I don't think that's too much.

It only gets 247 miles to a charge! That won’t fly in my territory!! Not to mention it’s not safe to try and charge in the areas I work! Get ready HR!! This is not only not safe but how are you supposed to charge multiple times a day and I don’t have a garage at home!!

Spot On! I am surprised the reps haven't requested a BMW M3 for the company work car!! The rep posts on this site are disgusting!

Well based on some of these posts, it looks like a concerted effort to diss the reps vs. handle the objections/questions. I guess these folks must have part of the decision-making process. Either that or they watch a lot of White House press sessions. :p

Blame and deflect. A great tactic

Your objections have been addressed, but like entitled children, you all do not like the answers.

it’s pretty clear that they have not even come close to considering all of the scenarios involving these types of vehicles that have a significant affect on reps lives. It’s also clear that they care very little about rep satisfaction. These vehicle choices that they have offered over the years are garbage compared to what other companies are providing.

Then leave the company. There are a lot of Central Michigan graduates waiting to replace you.

Rep satisfaction!?! How about working 40 hours week?!? If you can put in the time and effort like the rest of AZ, we may upgrade your WORK car to a Camry. You act like spoiled little children.

4 or 5 posts from the nasal sigmoidologists in a row. Surprising since I posted a pretty decent rebuttal to their drivel yesterday. Yet, it either never made it here or was quickly deleted because it didn't fit the corporate NARRATIVE.

So how many buzz words did you poontang identify that CP is instructed to delete?

I received a "review of my post" to the one I posted so I wonder if this one is benign enough?
