The electric cars are coming. Fortunate enough in Montana we won't be getting 'em soon but their being sent out. CBD let it slip. How the hec do we get out of it

I watched a one-year review on YouTube of the Chevy Bolt. Real world range is only 160-215 miles. Less in the cold, less if you need to run heat or A/C.

A few days ago I drove 270 miles in one day seeing customers. That tiny overgrown golf cart isn't going to cut it.

And you can forget carrying literature in the tiny trunk area and still having room to pick up lunches (to save the company delivery fees, of course). Very little cargo room unless you fold the rear seats - hope you don't have to take the kids to school before work.

And finally, pray you never get hit by anything larger than a Mini, or they will need to hose your remains out of that tiny thing. I guess employee safety takes a back seat to being woke...or to whatever tax credits the company is getting for this foolishness.

All lunches will have to be delivered. Or you will just have to throw away all your promotional materials.

So just to be clear, not only does AZ apparently not care about our time, does not care about our comfort, but they also don't care about our safety, either? NHTSA does not currently have crash test ratings for this vehicle. How then do they even know that these are the safest vehicles to put their employees in?

This is absurd! Any ideas on how the exemptions are going, if anybody is even attempting them? I won't be stranded because of AZ ineffective planning so I will be working with enough miles to take me home and get my kids from their schools. You won't find me stranded or charging across town, will be home.

I’m curious how they will roll this out with the battery fire issue? Aren’t they all bolts under recall? Also, isn’t this vehicle rear wheel drive only? How are people in snowy climates supposed to travel safely for work?

It's not about safety or environment, its about image. What do people see and think. Electric ars aren't good for the world, they are actually worse than gas. Funny thing is, our leaders hop on jets to fly all over but we have to drive a tiny car to make them look responsible.

My question is are they gonna make my enormous territory smaller????? My longest office is over 5 hours away with hardly any charging stations in between. What do they expect us to do drive halfway to an office then park for hours on end to charge then keep going?? Sure hope they don’t expect the same execution numbers because I’m gonna be making about 2 calls per day after this nonsense! What the hell are they thinking!!

Superchargers can charge 80% of battery capacity in 15 minutes- I think you’ll be OK. Just get out there and sell some shit for a change, Stop bitching, start selling.

Something I think is funny- we never consider the environmental cost of harvesting the menerals to make batteries or where the batteries go when they need replacing. Also, where does the energy to charge the batteries come from, coal plants!! Wonder what that does to the environment. Electric cars are actually worse than gas but, we can not talk about that.

Family of 4! Think before you speak stupid! The car is for sales rep's official drive. You can use it for your personal use when needed but that's not an entitlement. It's a privilege!! My work partner has a family of 6 plus 2 dogs. I hope she is not expecting AZ to give out a bigger car for that reason!!! Buy your own car for your family!
