Electric vehicle garage fire

EV propaganda is a massive wealth transfer scam to enrich the psychopathic owners of climate NGOs, lobbyists and their paid for politicians. WAKE UP YOU GULLIBLE MORONS!!!

I hate to do it but I am leaving over the EVs. Pascal, please retire! You have lost your focus.

you think they care if anyone leaves over the EV’s? That’s laughable. There will be 200 applicants to fill your job. They don’t care.
What will get their attention is negative press. Once some attention hungry reporter gets wind of this or an ambulance chaser law firm, THATS what will make them step back and think.
The unnecessary stress this is downloading on employees is absurd.
That fire just so happened to be in an unattached garage. Had it been my home, it could have been tragic given who lives in my home and where bedrooms are.

My child's bedroom is directly above my garage. I'm stalling this out as long as I can while looking for another opportunity. They can bring in some brainwashed bootlicker to fill my spot who wants to take part in this delusion of theirs. These things don't do a fucking thing to help the environment. By the time it's delivered to your house it already has a gargantuan carbon footprint since they literally destroy the earth to get the minerals for the battery.

You chickenshits can stop soiling your panties now: Data Shows EVs are Less of a Fire Risk than Conventional Cars | Office of Environmental and Energy Coordination.

Fewer fires with EVs than gas powered cars. You have believed right-wing hysteria.

Furthermore, even if an EV is charged via 100% coal fired plants (somewhat rare in the US) it is still has a better carbon footprint than a fully gas powered vehicle because the motor is so much more efficient. Though a hybrid may have a lower footprint depending on the charging time of day. You don't have to worry about charging times if you have a level 2 charger at your house. It will charge plenty overnight unless you are driving over 200 mi per day. If you are driving that much then you may be better off with a gas or hybrid car.

You will love your EV. It has more instantaneous power, is quieter, requires much less maintenance and does not produce unpleasant fumes. Plus, you never have to stop for gas since it is fueled at home, If you want to use it for long distance travel though it will less convenient than a gas powered car.

Hey Dumbo, how about the environment being distroyed by how the minerals to create batteries are harvested and the slave labor use to do it. If EVs were so good, you wouldn't have to force us to use them. Also, the average sales person drives 30k miles per year. A hybrid is the only way to go if you absolutly have to have batteries. Have you seen the articles about clean fuel using regular gas, it's cleaner than batteries.

What about the risk of fire posed by the charger attached to your house? If the installers use wiring that doesn't match the copper or aluminum wiring in your home, you have an increased fire risk. Spoke with my installer about this, and he confirmed this is absolutely true.

How many reps don't know to ask about this? Why hasn't the company made sure reps know?

Right. Because all they care about is forcing everyone into an EV. A one size fits all approach that almost never works.

Also, if you unknowingly run over debris in the road, and it damages the battery in the underside of your vehicle, you could park your car in the garage only to have it short circuit and burst into flames hours or even days after the initial battery pack damage. Meaning any time you have anything hit the underside of your car, you now are driving a potential bomb.

And when it does catch fire, there is nothing firefighters can do to extinguish the blaze. All they can do is drag the car out of your garage and let it burn to the ground. In contrast, a gasoline car fire is quickly extinguished with water and foam.

This is just silly. What if anything is wired improperly in your home. What if you run over some debris and you puncture your gas tank and it drips slowly into your garage. Remember there are more fires with gas cars than EVs. EV fires can be extinguished with fire blankets.

Unless you regularly drive long distances you will love an EV. That is unless you are scared of your own shadow and are unable to even try anything new.

I can’t wait to see what this upcoming week brings… will this even be discussed?? It’s clearly on alot of people’s minds… or will they just continue shoveling nonsense out of their mouths about call metrics etc?

Low T and low IQ's are quite easy to rule over. They demand it, actually

If something else is wired improperly in my home, it's not because my employer is forcing it on me - that's the difference.

If your gas tank is punctured, you will know it because of the smell. You will have no idea if the underside of your EV battery is damaged.

EV fires cannot be put out by fire blankets. They temporarily smother the fire, but as soon as it is removed the fire reignites. You can only let it burn until the chemicals in the battery are consumed.

Yes, I regularly drive long distances. 100-200 miles per day, sometimes more.

You are a bootlicking idiot.

This whole EV is the worst faux pas Senior leadership from any size countries< Netherlands, France) compared to the USA is forcing upon its saleforce. We are told to only charge to 80%, but there goes our range. Out the window. Charging stations are not as numerous as they think and many not even working or being used. It is very stressful and now with the fire risk to our homes, unbelievably unethical what they are doing to the team. They forget, without us, the revenue would not be there and the USA is a significant contributor to global sales. Let the story unfold. It there was a mass exodus of talent, and they have to retrain new hires, is that even a factor in their equation?

To answer your last question: No. Even when people scream the Emperor has no clothes, the Emperor and his stinky nose folks continue living in their own matrix.
