Quintessential definition of a pharma repThe Davos Ruling Class does not care how many peasants have house fires.
I blame the people who just "go along to get along".
Spineless.

What a sad and terrible experience! What’s the matter with this company? They use to care about their employees and now it’s become a dictatorship! Give your people an option for what’s best for them. Why would you ever put anyone in a situation where they don’t feel safe. HR will have many calls about all of this so I hope they are prepared. What happened to the speak up culture? There is none!
Home charger is not mandatory. You can simply decline and opt to use the public charging infrastructure.
This is a work/company vehicle and you are complaining about personal use!! We can’t believe the entitlement of our sales reps! ShamefulYeah, NO. So, do we charge on personal hours or company hours? Before or after work? Both? What about the weekend? If I don't want this as my personal car, and subsequently don't drive it from Friday at 4:30 until Monday at 8:30 and it goes dead, then what? Corporate cannot demand I put my personal time into this....there are so many other variables....
Entitlement?. Just the fact you'd make a comment of this nature demonstrates the massive disconnect between the HQ cublicle rats and their understanding of the field and how our jobs work. Here is a hint: the majority of us don't live in densely populated cities and metro areas. We live in areas and territories that frequently require long drives and overnights. Concerns over range, safety, and instrastructure are legitimate and real whether you can grasp that or not. This is a work/company vehicle and you are complaining about personal use!! Right. So the legal argument would be something to the effect we didn't force employees to get EV's and by extension, chargers in their home/garage. They had the option of sitting at a public charging station for 1-2 hours after work every day to charge up. Not our fault they chose to have the charger at home and their garage/home burned down.Home charger is not mandatory. You can simply decline and opt to use the public charging infrastructure.

Now I am admittedly no lawyer but I am pretty sure that defense wouldn't hold up to well in a legal proceeding.
Good luck hitting your calls per day expectations if you have to use public chargers, which are frequently either broken or being used by someone else. You'll spend hours per day charging the damn car.
DumbassCalls per day expectations? LOL.....Been hitting them for years and will continue too.
Everyone with concerns should contact the EV Communications email address. Maybe, must maybe we can restore some sanity.
