It’s true that there have been periods of global warming and cooling—also related to spikes and lulls in greenhouse gases—during the Earth’s long history. But those historic increases in CO2 should be a warning to us: They led to serious environmental disruptions, including mass extinctions. Today, humans are emitting greenhouse gases at a a far higher rate than any previous increase in history! We must save a healthy Earth for our children and grandchildren! Drive EVs!

The company pays for the electricity you use to charge the EV at home. They pay for public charging. They pay to install the charger at your house (over $10K in my case due to needed upgrades for safety). They pay for any repairs to your home if the charger installation caused damage. They pay for a fire/smoke detector for your garage and a fire extinguisher (if you want them).

I am against forcing reps to drive EVs (ok if it's an option), but the company does pay for everything. I got an updated electric panel at my house out of it.

I tried that. Public charging sucks. Between driving there and charge time, it ate over an hour every day. If the closest chargers were busy or broken, add another 30 minutes.

Just make sure you charge them at a station powered by wind or solar

Exactly! Except that the greenhouse gases came after the warming of the earth part of the equation. Warm ocean water causes massive amounts of CO2 to enter the atmosphere, not the other way around. You are trying to wag the dog from its tail. SMH
