Has anyone followed up with any news sources recently? HSA hasn't been paid, 401Ks were not compensated for any lost interest from August and haven't been paid for September and October.

I chose to leave because of some of the shady crap that went on, the piss-poor management and because I was offered another job that with a company that is respectable, has positive cash flow, very happy employees...Oh..and our owner and his family does not use religion to hide behind. Stop using religion when it is convenient..it is disgraceful..you quote a bible verse, and then call people trolls and jerks. HOW ABOUT YOU get off this board and try and go find another place to work...The doors at DS are going to be pad locked one day soon. My guess is that when all the dust settles and you will look back, and you will kick yourself in the ass for not taking this time to find another job..CHEERS!

The news media could care less, there is no newsworthy story here
Plenty of businesses go through similar business cycles

The real back story will be how this company emerges debt free and profitable again
Don't bother trying to contact the media
You'd be wasting your time and theirs

The BB&T Bank debt is being paid down weekly
People are happily working and taking care of the patients

That was part of my job when I was still there. I am assuming that Nic is checking in all of the IT equipment but the last time I was there, there were boxes all over the place. Yes it has been a couple of months so I am hoping that they got all of the equipment checked back in.

Just keep the confirmations to cover your butt.

SOOO NOT a good idea since the computers, ipads and phones can be traced and so can the digital footprint you are leaving on Ebay and Craigslist.

That is just a reason for DSI to come after you for selling stolen items and the person who buys it for receiving stolen items.

I have talked to many reps that are still there and recently left and the overall feeling is it sucks there. They hate what they are doing and the lies and are only there to get paid while they look for anther job.
 






























This company is a joke. I remember working for Dynasplint a few summers ago as an SSR. Management would turn off the lights during the summer because it got so hot in the office but they weren't allowed to adjust the air conditioning. Looks like they were in financial trouble then and they're even deeper in their mess now.
 


















GREAT news for current employees and those looking to be called back. Hearing on motions to vacate court decisions has been scheduled. This is simply fantastic. Let's hope for a sympathetic and fair judge who wants to see the company survive and save at least 200+ jobs so people aren't out on the streets! Sales people need promote the products and continue servicing the patients. All will be good. Have faith in God, DSI and yourself!
