The date has not been posted by the court, but the court instructed that a hearing be scheduled. That's encouraging news.
DSI has hired top notch attorneys.
I suspect they will successfully negotiate a settlement with the Feds too.

According to DSI, finances are improving, and the bank debt is being paid down.
There apparently is no need to file for bankruptcy or to sell the company.
THAT'S how you help the 500+ people who were, unfortunately, laid off.
Get the company prosperous again, bill people directly if Medicare doesn't pay (suit them, if necessary, for payment) and call people back who were laid off.
There's nothing here to see. Be patient and wait to be called back. It is a great company that values it's people first. God Bless.

OK...I've been watching this board since the mass lay off. I had to chime in. I feel for all who were affected and wish you all well. I worked for DS years ago and it was a nightmare to say the least.

Answer this: How many lawyers can GH burn through?? Is he going to keep trying to find one that will tell him what he wants to hear? GOOD LUCK with that!
