Here's a summary of what took place today and what you can expect to see over the next week or so:
1. Our lawyers filed an emergency motion to lift the Writ of Garnishment filed by BB&T at Wells Fargo. We'll know in a day or two if it is permitted to stay in place or if it is ordered by the court to be lifted. This Writ is causing the money to be held at WF, not paid to BB&T. If lifted, the money can be used by us. If not, the money will be held by Wells Fargo until the judge rules on the case December 2nd. We will not be depositing any more money into Wells until this is settled in our favor.
2. The money at WF that is held equals roughly $200,000.All the checks that are now running through WF that were not cashed Friday night or Saturday will likely be sent back. These checks will be paid back to our colleagues before any new checks are issued to any person or entity.
3. We will begin issuing checks to immediately start the repayment of the bounced checks from this episode on this Thursday and Friday. 4. This could all be near instantly fixed if a $4,000,000 loan from Dr. Charles C. Edwards is settled within the next 2 weeks. This loan arrangement has been agreed to in principle. Dr.Edwards has been a Dynasplint Board member and shareholder for over 27 years. This loan can be settled in that short time frame. The proceeds of the loan would allow immediate funding of all past due expenses, PR , HSA and 401k benefits. As well, it would allow BB&T to be paid in full by December 1st. This would put DSI back on solid footing financially and squash the greatest threat now existing to our company's operating stability.

We've come a long way over these past three months and now have this additional hurdle to overcome as we approach full pay down of BB&T.

One last note . Tomorrow I will begin crafting for you to see what our company will look like after BB&T is paid in full. As well, this document will specify how those who persevere through this will be rewarded financially and otherwise.

What exactly is encouraging? If the 4 million dollar loan doesn't go through, then my family is screwed! We've worked and won't likely get paid, if ever!

The govt may drop or settle the Medicare lawsuit
Over 200 people are still working and have medical coverage
Patients are being fitted and serviced
High wage employees gave been laid off
Expenses are under control
Debt us being paid down
The company is STILL doing business

Things are looking positive if you see the glass as half full

Well if he said it then it must be true. He has never lied about anything yet has he? It's hard to believe that he only had $100 in his 401k. But you just keep on believing, dumbass.

Yeah, first it was "George cashed in his 401K! Look at him, he's a hero." And then it was "George cashed in $50,000 of his 401K, yay George!"

You know he has more than $50,000 saved in there. Not to mention, the multimillion dollar homes with his name on them.

Grow up, Ashley. Daddy hasn't done jack shit to save this company.

Actually, if you go by the numbers in the paydown from Friday, he's only 55% of the way there. I'd hardly call that "almost out of the woods".

But then again, I guess bad math got him into this predicament to begin with.

Christians why are we so judgmental? Not as in calling our bros and sis to walk worthy of the Gospel but sometimes I think we are absolutely LOOKING for something wrong, off, or sinful about people.

I understand why someone who's standard is themselves is judgmental. Or someone who believes in a tyrant of a god who is waiting around every corner to smack his followers for not being perfect.

But our God is a loving gracious God who KNEW we could never live up to his righteous standard. That's why his righteousness is given to us through Jesus.

Our standard is GRACE and LOVE. Without LOVE we have nothing. I'm all for real rebuke and correction but that should be done in love! The goal is to restore not tear down.

I just want to know why we think we are anything more than imperfect, wrath deserving, blind fools that GOD has adopted, cleaned up, and given sight to?

What place do we have to see ourselves as any better than others? It's ONLY grace that separates us from the rapist, thief, murderer, or liar.

4 Love is patient and kind; love does not envy or boast; it is not arrogant 5 or rude. It does not insist on its own way; it is not irritable or resentful; 6 it does not rejoice at wrongdoing, but rejoices with the truth. 7 Love bears all things, believes all things, hopes all things, endures all things.

Do we believe the best or are we expecting the worst? Do our critiques tear down or build and restore?

Because if you would have actually worked there you would have seen how unchristian the place was. George & his family may be a good Christian family but his managers were not even the slightest bit Christian

They don't believe a word he says!!!! Most are riding it out for lack of other jobs out there or they want their "financial reward" for putting up with the mess he put everyone in before they bolt.(and yes he made this mess not the banks) Many are working minimal hrs at best and accounts are pissed off about the situation. Good luck getting them back and restoring any credibility to the name. The joke will be on you.

Yes, I'm jealous that George sits warm in his 3.4 million dollar home while I wonder how I will keep a roof over my head if I don't get paid on Friday.

But no, I'm not jealous of George's distinct lack of class, morals or dignity. And I'm not jealous of the jail time he could face for Medicare and insurance fraud.
