Just curious to know if anyone has received any type of pay that is owed to them. George/Bonnie's response to my e-mail made it seem as though he was in a position to start paying people. I am still hoping that everyone can soon find some peace with this whole situation.

He paid one paycheck's 401k payment for August... With no reimbursement of potentially lost interest.

Employees aren't getting paid currently and/or back pay
401K payments aren't being made, lawsuit filed.
Health care is being picked up by the government because its mandated and has nothing to do with DS
Customer complaints are on the rise, no fittings, no service, bad billings, etc
More lawsuits pending and more coming....
Its all a matter of time before Chapter 7, 11 or 13 takes effect.
DS is trying to paddle up stream with no paddle....much less maybe no canoe. They are just holding onto a log!
The loan is being paid bc the bank is seizing the money.

Sales reps are covering unrealistic territories and not getting the revenue counted for their extended territories.
