Without administrative privileges, the IT Dept has no capability of tracking who anyone is on this message board. An IP Address would just give a general location and service provider information, but no info on the individual posting anonymously. It's all idle threats; even at full capacity, its something the IT Dept could have done.
Rhonda, I suggest registering for this board. It would make you more easily identifiable and prevent others from posing as you. Keep the flow of information going, do not be threatened.
I would like to stay in the loop as to how to get my stuff from ADP; my taxes are going to be difficult to do as it stands, considering I will have 4 W-2s. Leaving DSI, contract, contact and hire by the second contract. I don't want to be held up by the DSI W-2.

Well "Josh", pretty hypocritical considering YOU aren't man enough to sign your full name. I don't even recall any Joshes working for DSI for that matter, so your role or position would be beneficial to your credibility. Likely you are feebly trying to bait people out.
People use this board to vent and should be able to do so freely. DSI was a terrible place to work, George lied and took advantage of his people (myself included), did the same to his patients, insurance companies, the US Government, used the veil of Christianity to make himself look decent... He continues to break the law and we're expected to NOT be mad at him!?
No one is picking on the people who work there and are trying to make a living. No one is picking on anyone. People are disgruntled at a man who treated them unfairly, who was dishonest, WHO SET THEM UP FOR FAILURE. Being told "everything is alright" and suddenly losing your job is NOT COOL, no matter what spin you put on it. He deserves criticism, financial ruin and in my opinion, jail time.
George is a public figure, the folks here have EVERY right to criticize him. So you should take two minutes to look up the definition of "Public Figure" and the spelling of the word "throw". Also I highly doubt George is in ANY financial position to sue people We all know how petty his clique is and that they could seek to discredit those actively looking for a job out of spite.
It is not slander when you speak truth. Something George is incapable of.
No one has been convicted of breaking the law.

Last year they were handed out at the office so I would have to say that they will be handed out again this year and those that aren't at corporate will be mailed. I will be happy to ask about the sales reps and let everyone know if nobody has any objections.

This board is not illegal and free speech is my American right. It is interesting to know you are joking about this, in reality you know somewhere in that pea brain that it is the truth. So sue me/us for speaking out about injustice! Threats? depending on severity and type, that is illegal and can be used to investigate your companies unethical practices. Why do you even care what is being said on this board ? Shouldn't you be busy helping dynasplint rebound so all of the under achievers can be called back ? I am so sick of you bible quoting .if you are so Christian have you tried to help any if the 500 + people let go ? Why would this board even be an issue at dynasplint ? This board existed long before the layoffs & no one at corporate cared. Why now ? Really George has already missed the October " we will recall people " deadline . I can't tell you how many meetings& voicemails where George said things were fine even good. So if he is not dishonest then he has got to be so naive as to how business works.

The irony that find with that is that after working for Dynasplint is that they truly don't care about their employees unless you were part of the "clique".
According to DSI, finances are improving, and the bank debt is being paid down.
There apparently is no need to file for bankruptcy or to sell the company.
THAT'S how you help the 500+ people who were, unfortunately, laid off.
Get the company prosperous again, bill people directly if Medicare doesn't pay (suit them, if necessary, for payment) and call people back who were laid off.
