And the only thing that has changed is that GH was able to secure a sub-prime loan to pay off B B & T and managed to rack up what??? 3 or 4 lawsuits. I've lost track of the number of lawsuits he has against him. Between the theft from Medicare AND failure to pay employee taxes AND the Class Action lawsuit for violating the WARN Act AND lets not forget the Violation of the ERISA laws for the 401K that is still under investigation.

Along with paychecks still bouncing, employee pay is still behind and no benefits!!! Two thumbs up for such a suck ass company!!!
 












Dear Worshipper, I want to move on, I really do. It's just that your ignorance is just to fun to leave alone. The whole take your meds is a classic(I actually started using it in my everyday life, Thanks!). I can picture you there smiling just wondering what's really going on. Most of the people on here have already been in hell. They worked for Dynasuck and Lucifer Hepburn.
 












WOW!! I can't believe what I have read on this blog. I am going on 4 years with Dynasplint and all my debt from before the layoffs are paid to date. And there hasn't been a single bounced check this year. Direct deposit is even back and hasn't missed a beat. Of course, there are always going to be previous employees wanting to hold a grudge and look for someone to blame and that will always be GH. After all, he does own the company and the buck stops with him. But the amount of anger towards him is unreal! If you were part of the lay offs, well so was I. But the difference is that I was let go and in less than 4 hours I had another job. But I am back with DS because I believe in the company and the product. Disagree??? That is fine. This is America and for now we have the right to disagree. But if you are still unemployed after a year, obviously you are not worth your weight in gold and are looking for some other company to let you suck the ever living life out of it. So for all the peps out there looking to scar the name of this company, all I have to say is google us in 10 years and keep wishing they hired you back. I for one will continue to represent this company to my fullest potential and HELP the people that continue to need us.

Wow is right. You are fool to think this company has a chance. There have been many advances made in this field and I can tell dinosaur splints has not changed with the times. Who wants to put a patient in four splints, much less be billed for four splints, when they could use one? Management at this company is what has brought it down. Good luck with the kool aid and I wish you the best. I haven't heard the word dynasplint or even seen the product in the field for over a year.

Well thank you for your lies :D they are refreshing. Things might be peachy for you but for those that are still owed thousands, you sound like one of GH's clones. There have also been numerous posts to this same blog that their paycheck bounced at least 3 separate times in the past 2 months. There are also numerous posts regarding his failure to pay taxes. As well as the Federal Medicare lawsuit that is still pending. an employee class action lawsuit still pending, the ERISA violations still pending. So see things really haven't changed too much in a year.

I went public, I wasn't afraid to tell the truth as I saw it and I also said that I had no plans on returning even if I was called back and from my supervisors was told I did a great job. I was not one of these so called disgruntled employees, I actually enjoyed working at DSI and enjoyed working with a lot of the people. Again, if you didn't like me well then that is your problem. I have been with my current position for just about a year now despite my going public and posting to this blog I am being told I am doing a fantastic job for them too..so much that they are paying for me to obtain my master's degree.

If GH and DSI are doing so well at this point then why are there still former employees and current employees saying different? They are still saying they are owed thousands from before the lay-off and the current employees are saying that they are owed wages, expenses, bonuses...same old same old from over a year ago.

As far as former employees still collecting unemployment..well that just isn't true because most states will only allow 26 weeks of benefits and that was over long ago. So I do hope those employees have found gainful employment by now. As far as blaming GH, who else should be blamed if not him? He is the owner and ultimately his responsibility to know, understand and follow the rules of Medicare A, B, C and D as it pertains to his billing. It was his responsibility to tell his employees the truth about the real reasons behind B B & T. He never once told the truth about anything that was going on..he sent out his silly little messages about how well the company was doing blah blah blah and those people went to work one morning and were slapped in the face that afternoon , some by way of an e-mail. The man didn't even have the balls to speak to those 500+ employees.

Sorry if I think he is a coward but if the shoes fit, then wear them.

Yes...Yes I was!! However I was 1 of 500+ people and not all of the rest have been paid what they are owed.

And for you, George or anyone else that want to act like children by calling names saying they were worthless and deserved this.. well that's just keeping this blog going by adding insults to injury.

Try telling that to the sales rep whose children were put out on the street when her July paychecks bounced and then received the $125 checks after that. Now wasn't that humane?

Let's talk about the numerous employees undergoing cancer treatments, or the ones that had heart issues and need daily meds, or the many many many employees that were diabetic, taking insulin shots several times a day..do you have any idea how expensive the testing strips are? and some people test their blood sugar 4 times a day, if not more. What about the employees whose children had health issues who relied on the health insurance to take care of their children?

You really are a cold-hearted selfish uncaring person.
