The only constant around here is all of the change. Our numbers will continue to be changed along with our territories. It is sad. I don't know how much longer I can handle this. It sucks!
 






The minute a job offer is presented to me I am gone. They give some reps a bump in base and bonus while others with good numbers get nothing. Braintree is in a good spot because they have too many new reps that do not know any better and just a handful of veterans.
 






I think that this is the beginning of the end. Let the newbies have it. I'm even considering just a lateral move just to be done here. The writing is on the wall and there is no future here for me.
 






There is no future for any rep at Haemonetics. This company has figured out how to shuffle money around so that those at the very top make millions, and they can pull the wool over the eyes of the shareholders... Please realize, Haemonetics, Concannon, Nutter, Grande ONLY care about their wallets, not patients, not managers, not reps...

I could care less about upper management and what they make. What I care about is earning money for ME. Right now I have great numbers and I owe money and I never want to work another day for this jokebox. Oh yeah we lost another rep today. Many more to follow.
 






You are missing the point. At Haemonetics it's not about you, it's about them! No one at Haemonetics WANTS to pay YOU. They want to get STOCK OPTIONS. The less they pay YOU, the higher the profits, the better the stock price....get the picture? If you are not looking for another job, you're an idiot.
 






Is there going to be any reps available for the incentive trip or above plan to finish the year? Be prepared to have whatever you didnt hit from this years quota added on to next years quota. Fun stuff.
 






This just pisses me off! How can I work my tail off and at the end of the month owe the company bonus money? Will I have to pay corporate the difference out of my salary next month? I just do not understand this. Is this why there have been so many people leave lately? Has it always been like this? WTF!
 
























The key is take a 2nd job and draw a salary for as long as you can !!!!!!! it's working for a few of us!!!! new comers it's a 2 day a week job ! come and get me SZ......

This guy has done 3 PACU in-services in his 6 month tenure and now he is a bigshot. I dont believe in double dipping and it pisses me off as well but posting names on here is for little bitches. Remember Karma is a motherfucker.
