Dumbest Move Yet...

JUST RELAX! THEY REALLY SHOULD HAVE AN ORTHO COMPANY TO SELL OUR PRODUCT! WE CAN'T DO IT !!! I'M OUT OF HERE!!!! TO BAD THEY FUCK IT UP WHEN THEY LOST THE GOOD PEOPLE WE HAD!!!! WE NEED A REAL SALES TEAM TO GET IT DONE !ALL THE GOOD PEOPLE ARE GONE WITH THE LAST FEW LEAVING!!!!! FROM THE INSIDE LOOKING OUT!!!
 






Last poster I dont agree that they need a better sales team but I do agree the top reps are soon to be on the move. It really doesnt matter though because I am starting to believe Corporate wants us to leave. New reps do not know enough about how it works around here so they cant complain until they come off gurantee and get thier first taste of the comp plan and they owe money! With all the turnover we are still getting the same results so whats the difference.

Rumor has it that the comp plan and quotas are more shitty than last year!

It is not a rumor, it is true. We are going to have to make up for the inflated quota that we did not hit this year. Have you ever seen a comp plan that actually was attainable as well as beneficial to the sales force? Get used to the fact that only a handful of reps will make a bonus again this year. I'm so lucky I work for such a stand-up company that has my best interest at heart and cares about me....NOT! The only thing this company cares about is making the stock price go up so big corporate can keep getting richer while we run around like idiots putting out fires...literally! Have you ever wondered why we have no help? Ever? Corporate does not care about this sales force. This is why there is such a high turnover rate. Does anyone know how many reps have left over the last three years? I am sure there is probably close to 80%! But...at least the benefits are good!
 






Last poster you make some good points. This company has never cared about the sales force or turnover. If they did they would do something about it. People have been leaving for 3 years and I would bet we have lost close to 20 reps! That may not sound like much to an outsider until you understand we only have 30 reps in total!!! Nothing has been done to understand why they leave or what they can do to retain reps hence they dont give a SHIT!

If the quotas and comp plan are as bad as the rumors say we are going to see at least 4 reps gone before the National Meeting. Of course nobody will care.

They are all good points. This place is like a run away freight train. Everyone knows its going to crash badly, we just don't know when! So enjoy the ride, it's going to be bumpy and out of control!
