The only thing that makes me worried is that my recruiter said there is a lot of new business going on right now in the medical center. If that is so, why would the current rep leave? I always want to know why the territories are open and it looks like a red flag to me.

The red flag was the previous rep? I don't trust people who are on this board. Be creative. You are a salesperson. Find a currently employed sales rep who works for this company. Get the truth.
 












the rep was let go, what else do you need to know? yes there is business there so go for it. keep in mind, no matter what this company will continue to lose reps and have massive turnover. too much corporate arrogance and the worlds worst comp plan.

no one is selling anything? we are selling asshole, but it is hard to hit a number when they expect growth with a product that is old and has not been updated in 10 years.

since you are so smart explain for us reps how you can be above plan yet you owe thousands of dollars? sure i want to work knowing that i have zero chance of earning another bonus this fiscal year even though i will finish at or above my AOP. and for the record quick connect will only hurt what little business we have left. isnt it time for grande to be promoted and another idiot to come in and change things and in 6 months when we are 5 million behind we change again he that idiot gets promoted? pk has been promoted a dozen times and i am not sure she has ever done anything...

the joke is on us reps though because hae keeps beating the street (unreal) and we dont make a dime.

Promotion/demotion...does it really matter? We are stuck with a comp plan that blows and was not going to change this year. But it did and what else is new? If you are around this place you will come to find out that that this is normal. If you don't like it you know where the door is!
