I doubt anything will happen because Patient Sales have never made plan since taking OPAT direct. BTW that is 5 straight years of missing plan and nothing has happend before so I doubt they will do anything now. Afterall the stock is strong and margins are huge, everybody is making money except the reps.
 






I am hearing that management is looking at CP and is going to require us to show them our tax returns. If that is so they will see my other two employers. Any advice and what is everyone else going to do about this situation? I especially want to know what the guy who moonlights at McDonalds is going to do?

I call bullshit on that. Tell them that it is your spouse's job. If they ask to see mine I'll just tell them to kiss my ass.
 












What happens if someone is single and they ask for your tax return? I am really concerned about income tax gate and them finding out about my other job at Mickey D's! It is embarrassing enough that teh doctor came through the drive thru and i hope and pray they don't tell any of the other reps. I will be the laughing stock at the meeting.
Secondly do you think any of the managers are moonlighting with other jobs? Finally let's have a contest to name the managers teams based on their personality!
 






Nobody has a second job and they are not going to ask for tax returns. As for naming the regions, you cant because they are all so corporate and do not have their own opinions.

There is nothing on paper stating that you cannot have a second job. No company can do that. Chill out.
