If training is anything like the National Sales Manager it will be a joke.
This is the best comment on this post so far. The National Sales Manager has been a bust at every position he has ever had and one of the WORST in motivating people. Strictly a "threaten you with your job" management approach, insists on 10-12 quality calls per day, micro manages and LOVES to hear himself talk. Will also stab you in the back to get himself ahead. Watch out with this one! Check out the Graceway and 3M boards for varification. Sorry to those of you that have to put up with this guy and best of luck in finding a new job.
