Continuing in the Sobi tradition would not be surprised to see a number of those with upcoming LTI payments get let go before they are paid out.

Pac sales are in free fall and heads are gonna roll! If you have any options after the new year, I'd get out and don't look back!

Heard 2024 incentive plan was going to be 60% Vonjo 40% Dop to help "motivate" Vonjo sales. It was a smart move to give the Sobi primary care reps big salary adjustments and the CTI reps a kick in the balls on 9/8. Really paid off well!

What companies do you mean with these opportunities? I need to leave now, I really like my manager but am a single parent and can't afford to get laid off. Those idiot men at the top put all of us in this position with their gross incompetence! Thanks for sharing any info you all may have.

60% of zero=zero!

They don't seem to get it that their insane decision to pay 1.7B for CTI along with the coming eltrombopag generics has destroyed profitability now and for the future. This ship is sinking fast and any incentive plan change is about as helpful as moving some deck chairs around on the Titanic!

Drama queen here. 1.7B was pennies to pay for pacritinib. The drug has a long patent life and its long term revenues will far exceed the small acquisition price. Seriously, tell us you're inexperienced without actually saying it. lol..
