I'm a former CTI KAM and I am shocked at the GSK label which was just approved! For all of you from Sobi, this is the nightmare scenario which will push us to 3rd line with sales comparable to Fed. No way this group will be sustained, huge cuts coming soon so go to your next gig while you have a chance!

The Sobi sales force is no better skilled than primary care reps and their managers "manage" them as such with many metrics. Absolutely hilarious that Sobi mgmt saw fit to give the bulk of Vonjo business in many territories to the Sobi rep. Those dummies are going to get slaughtered by GSK!

I agree and we just heard that another one of our KAM's who launched Vonjo just resigned for this reason.

For all of you from Sobi who don't know the MF market think of it this way: You are now facing not just Goliath, but also his bigger, meaner brother and they both have machine guns! There is no way to win here and anyone with an understanding of the MF space is either already gone or looking.

Sobi reps are so easy to fool. Under this shell is your Feb LTI payment. Watch carefully as Ren mixes them up -- oops you got caught in the 2nd round of layoffs and no LTI for you like poor Atlanta Gary!

It was crystal clear from that joke of a sales meeting that these folks only know the big pharma way. Hank and Duane have no business ever being on stage at a sales meeting again. Also not surprising that they would push someone out of the organization for actually supporting their people.

Sobi is a primary care rep experience. The fact that Ren and Stuttering Stimpy believe their primary care sales managers need to ride with reps for 2 days a quarter is all the proof you need that there is nothing Rare about this shit hole company with the exception of talent on the management team. Can't wait to escape this miserable company.
 






Some companies are doing away with the managers. How are ride alongs still a thing. That is mostly away to lose your customers respect and get everyone with all companies kicked out of offices. This has to stop. We shouldn’t be doing business like it is 2005

Sobi could never do away with ride alongs as upper mgmt believes that mgrs beating up reps over metrics during a ride along somehow inspires better performance. Same idiocy involved in the belief that LTIs are an incentive. September layoff showed that you can never trust Sobi mgmt as LTIs only have value till you're fired.

Agreed, we've seen CAM's get let go who had good sales but were known as complainers. For all of you from CTI, be careful. Remember the saying "the squeaky wheel gets the grease"?, here the squeaky wheels get replaced!
