Yes... There are so many quality people here who don't suck. That's why they're not on the list and also working in contract sales. One day, you'll be rolled over. Just hope for the best. Pray that more and more of your friends move on or are fired so that they are placed on the list. You'll have a better chance for yourself and your family. Screw everyone else.
 






I wish I could be put on the list. Taking a job at this clusterfuck, screwed up,totally unprofessional, 4th rate dump was the dumbest business decision I ever made. Who do I need to contact to be put on the list? Can I just say that I am a very light skinned black person and that will get me expedited and put on the list?

Yes. That's all you have to do. It works especially of you are aligned to an area in the South.
 




































If you reside in a state that requires employers to allow employees to view and/or copy their employment file, no problem.

If your state has no such labor law, Pennsylvania jurisdiction kicks in which allows employees to view their file in the presence of a manager (but you have to go to Pennsylvania or legally designate an agent to act on your behalf to go to HR in Yardley, PA to view your file). If you live outside of PA, they do not have to send you a copy of your file.
 






My Publicis manager told me that a do not rehire list exists and a manager has free reign to designate any direct report as such for any reason or no specified reason.

Any disciplinary action whatsoever in your file will eliminate you from any future Publicis employment.

They will never tell you this. If you feel you are being discriminated against, you must file an EEOC complaint.

Hey moron, the problem is, that has been stated COUNTLESS times on hre is that they do not put this in a personnel file. So there is nothing to find. It is simply an internal memo excel list that HR and recruiting share. Are you finally able to understand that basic concept yet? It's best that you never post on here again, you are amazingly bad at it and pretty stupid as well.
