CA law allows you to request and receive a copy of all information in your personnel file.
So you are saying I have to move to California before I can sue? That makes no sense.

I am also a AA and got the list where it stated "contract completed" as the only reason why I could not be re-hired. They re-hire hundreds of people every year for new contracts when one ends, This is obviously a tactic to list "contract completed" to screen blacks by the racists managers and recruiting. Class action lawsuit is coming.
I hate when people pull the race card because they didn't get what they want. Your statement is beyond false, and there are plenty of almost all black territories. Just deal with it that you suck.
I wish I could be put on the list. Taking a job at this clusterfuck, screwed up,totally unprofessional, 4th rate dump was the dumbest business decision I ever made. Who do I need to contact to be put on the list? Can I just say that I am a very light skinned black person and that will get me expedited and put on the list?
light skinned black?
stfu.
wow, you are stupid.
Obama is a smart man and he "runs" our country. You should be proud of your skin. And it has nothing to do with nothing. that is in your mind. start living and stop being so dumb.
Yes. That's all you have to do. It works especially of you are aligned to an area in the South.I wish I could be put on the list. If you did file a lawsuit, I am willing to help you. Who is your lawyer?
My lawyer is Jackie Chiles, he promised he would get me enough money I would never have to work again. He told me a "Do Not Rehire" list is outrageous, egregious, preposterous.
If you reside in a state that requires employers to allow employees to view and/or copy their employment file, no problem.
If your state has no such labor law, Pennsylvania jurisdiction kicks in which allows employees to view their file in the presence of a manager (but you have to go to Pennsylvania or legally designate an agent to act on your behalf to go to HR in Yardley, PA to view your file). If you live outside of PA, they do not have to send you a copy of your file.
I recently heard that this list has now been forwarded to the recruiting team at PDI.
So you will also be blackballed at PDI.
