The fact that managers and reps have a copy...when the list should only be in the hands of HR is a huge slip up. At that point, it is not a company proprietary document, it's a black list. Black listing is illegal in most states if not all. Yes, companies have lists like this, but they are not to be leaked out. That's where the issue lies. I hope these unprofessional fools get hung by their female HR balls!
You would think they would have been smart enough to at least password protect the file in case it fell into the wrong hands.
