"Do Not Rehire" list?

Publicis may have a list, and if they have a warranted reason why the person is not able to be rehired, that's their prerogative, but I have been on a bunch of InVentiv contracts, and I think this would be difficult to verify that InVentiv does not rehire former employees without a really solid reason

No... Management and recruiting/1099 should not have the list. HR should be the only department that would keep such. If you guys are hearing or seeing the list being distributed, please call Publicis HR immediately!

We need to make sure that we can protect Publicis from any harm or unnecessary legal liability and as a current or former employee, you should want to do the right thing and have a good attitude instead of trying to seek vendication for yourself. Grow up and accept responsibility for your actions. Don't be so selfish. Protecting our company should always be your first priority.

No seriously... You need to learn to bend over and grab your ankles like any responsible adult should. It's never about you or the welfare of your family. Publicis deserves to be be the top priority in your life. Loyalty is key and if you have been placed on the list, it's none of your business. It's ours. We strive hard to ensure that the feedback we receive from anyone on our management team is included in our spreadsheet so that only certain key individuals in the contract industry know who to freeze out. This also includes our management team using revenge to help build up their self esteem. Please try to understand whats most important and just give up on yourself.

I am also a AA and got the list where it stated "contract completed" as the only reason why I could not be re-hired. They re-hire hundreds of people every year for new contracts when one ends, This is obviously a tactic to list "contract completed" to screen blacks by the racists managers and recruiting. Class action lawsuit is coming.
