Did AZ put rep in danger of getting Covid?

The illusions are crumbling. Greed, power, money…these drive everything. Was it always this way? Perhaps, but ultimately we’ll all go down together. It’s time to reset; we should expect so much more out of people in leadership roles.

Why would they do that? They’d have to go out and find somebody else who is willing to tell us all to go out and act like insensitive, greedy car salesmen while pretending it’s all about patients.

20 years, and I’m still waiting to see someone in that role who’s worth a damn, but he’s pretty worthless even by the standard I’ve learned to just accept and avoid.

I’ve seen both good and bad directors. To me Bob is more or less middle of the road. Still, his video should’ve sent up flags about his moral and ethical compass, and AZ should’ve asked him to step away given the negative stereotypes this kind of thing perpetuates.

Agreed…good and bad, but I would NOT say he’s middle of the road. He’s well below the middle of the pack in terms of - as you say - his moral compass, but he’s also one of the least motivating sales leaders I’ve worked with. Nothing that comes out of his mouth comes across as sincere, and it’s pretty obvious he doesn’t care about sales reps.

You can say the exact same thing about any of them. I actually appreciate the ones that are biz first. At least you know where you stand. AS on the PCx side is a good guy and makes no bones about AZ being a performance driven culture. Kind of refreshing. You have some CBD's that report to him that think they come across as warm and fuzzy, yet people see right through the charade. One tries to be all warm and fuzzy with the reps but are the first to talk about them behind their back. Their ability to make rash and harsh false perceptions of DSM's and PSS's is abhorrent. Generally, a psycho. So Bob is just one of many.

he stands out as a douche among douches though. Clearly there’s no concern there for the reps, and since AZ backs him, clearly there’s no concern for the reps at the top of the organization.
 








Yes of course they did... and yes of course we spread COVID for all we know.... it’s not a good feeling. Let the world know.... sales managers minimized that it was an excuse for sales performance and discouraged using the word COVID... let us know when the lawsuit gets going so we can join up
